Update 3 landed in Grow a Chicken Fighter on August 29, 2026, and it brought the two chickens everyone is chasing: the Angel Chicken and the Devil Chicken. Both sit behind new eggs that only appear during the game’s weekly Admin Abuse event, and both are Cosmic rarity with a 1 percent hatch chance. The same patch also added Chicken Promotions, Battle Charms, a new Charm Dust currency, the Trick Egg, and 12 new chickens in total.
Quick answer: Blessed and Demonic Eggs only drop while an Admin Abuse event is running. Join the event, pick up Golden Feathers and the event eggs that spawn around the map, hatch what you collect, and keep that first chicken so it can lay more of the same egg.
Angel vs Devil event: how Blessed and Demonic Eggs drop
The Admin Abuse event runs weekly and is controlled live by an admin, so the exact activities change from session to session. There is no guarantee the angel and demon segment runs in any given event, which is the main reason these eggs are hard to collect.
A typical session opens with the Kraken Chicken emerging. It drops eggs across the map and a boss egg spawns in the center of the arena, with Void, Colossus, and Ascension Eggs among the rewards. Kraken Eggs picked up during this stretch can also contain Demonic Eggs.
The Angel Chicken and Devil Chicken then descend and the faction phase begins. Golden Feathers rain down for the Blessing side and Demonic Shards for the Cursed side. Players carry whichever item they want to back to the basket in the middle of the ring, and the side with the bigger haul wins. The winning faction decides which egg the lobby is showered with, so a Cursed win pushes Demonic Eggs and a Blessing win pushes Blessed Eggs.
Event eggs do not sit on the ground forever, so grab everything you see rather than committing to one side. Both egg types can be active in the same session.

Blessed and Demonic Egg hatch chances
Both eggs use the same three-tier structure with identical odds. The Cosmic chicken at the top of each pool is the chase pull.

How to farm Blessed and Demonic Eggs after the event
Only chickens that hatch from these eggs can lay them, which makes your first pull the important one. Do not sell it. Favoriting it is worth doing as well, since Update 3 added favorite protection that stops a chicken from being picked up by selection prompts.
Deploy that chicken to your coop or drop it into the Incubator and it starts producing the matching egg on its own. The Beacon Rooster has a 5 percent chance to lay a Blessed Egg every 5 minutes and 40 seconds, and the Hex Rooster has the same 5 percent chance for a Demonic Egg on the same timer. Rarer chickens from the pools lay them far more often.

Chicken Promotions: duplicates, stat gains, and charm slots
Promotions turn spare duplicates into permanent power. Each promotion adds a star, raises base stats, shortens the chicken’s egg timer, and at certain stars opens another Battle Charm slot. A chicken can reach 10 stars.
The gains are steady rather than dramatic. A maxed Eclipse Hen looked like this across its first three stars.

Alongside those numbers, each star adds a flat base stat bonus: 2.5 percent at one star, 5 percent at two, and 7.5 percent at three. Charm slots unlock on even stars.

Battle Charms: roll costs, rarities, and locking
Battle Charms unlock at Rebirth Level 2 and give a chicken permanent stat boosts. Every chicken has eight charm slots, and only slot I is open until you start promoting.
Charm rarity decides how big the stat percentage is. Ascended is the ceiling and it is rare enough that most rolls will land in the bottom two tiers.

Note: charms carry over when you fuse two chickens of the same rarity. Fusing across different rarities does not guarantee the carryover, so avoid rolling expensive charms onto a chicken you plan to fuse upward.
Charm Dust: daily claim and shop prices
Charm Dust is the only currency that rolls charms, and there are two ways to get it.
Everything else in the tab is Robux. Update 3 also put Auto Rebirth and a limited-time upgrader pack on the shelf.

Trick Egg and the Catalyst Hen
The third new egg is a deeper grind. Only the Catalyst Hen lays the Trick Egg, at roughly a 2 percent chance, and the Catalyst Hen itself is a Secret rarity pull from the Colossus Egg at under 0.2 percent. That chain makes it the hardest new content in Update 3 to reach.
The Trick Egg hatches five chickens: Domino Chick (Rare), Checkmate Hen (Epic), Puzzle Hen (Legendary), High Roller Rooster (Cosmic), and Ace Rooster (Secret).
BATTLEREADY code and Hotfix 3.1 fixes
Update 3 shipped with a code that gives 200 Charms, one Royal Egg, and double Hatch Luck for 15 minutes. Redeem it before you start opening event eggs so the luck window is not wasted.

If nothing arrives, the usual causes are a typo or having already claimed it on that account, since codes cannot be redeemed twice.A follow-up patch on September 1, 2026 cleaned up several Update 3 problems, including charm locking on console, chicken promotion, chicken renaming, rebirth milestone reward claiming, a duplicate billboard above the Incubator, the Friends Boost, and an Arena UI that needed a manual refresh after a skip purchase. The reroll warning for Super Rare charms was removed at the same time.
If you only have time for one thing before the next Admin Abuse session, bank Charm Dust and hold onto duplicates. Promotions and charms both scale off material you already own, while the Angel Chicken and Devil Chicken come down to being present when the event runs and grabbing everything that hits the ground.
