Rebirth is the long-term progression engine in Grow a Chicken Fighter. It wipes your current run in exchange for permanent bonuses that make every future run faster, and it raises your level cap so you can push past your old ceiling. The trade only pays off when you time it correctly and spend down your resources first.
Quick answer: Climb the tower to the number of floors shown in the Rebirth panel, spend your remaining Cash on fusing and upgrading chickens, then open the Rebirth menu and confirm. Your Cash, level, and coop reset, but your chicken collection stays.
What Rebirth resets and what you keep

Because your chickens carry over, the first run after a Rebirth moves much faster than the one before it. You already own strong fighters, so you can rebuild your coop and rebuild income with far less grinding.
Meet the tower requirement first
Rebirth only unlocks once your Chicken Fighter climbs the tower to the specific floor count shown in the Rebirth panel. Until you hit that number, the option stays locked. The panel labels your current progress and shows a “NOT YET” state while the requirement is unmet.
To reach the required floor, your chicken needs to survive the climb. Keep its HP full, send in the strongest fighter you own, and raise its level as high as possible before starting the run. The higher you push its level beforehand, the fewer failed attempts you will have.
The Feeder at the coop is the key to a long climb. Upgrading it keeps your chicken fed while it fights, which prevents it from getting knocked out and lets it push into higher tower floors. Fund those Feeder upgrades before you commit to a serious climb.
How to perform a Rebirth
You will know it worked when your level drops back to 1, your coop returns to its starting layout, and the Rebirth count on the menu ticks up. Your chicken collection remains in place, ready to rebuild income immediately.
Permanent bonuses that stack every reset
Each Rebirth adds permanent boosts to Cash and Corn earnings and increases your Egg drop rate. These bonuses stack with every reset, so their combined effect grows sharply over multiple cycles. The raised level cap also lets you climb higher and earn more than any single un-rebirthed run could.
The point of the system is speed. Even with the extra grind of rebuilding, the stacking multipliers carry you toward the endgame faster than staying in one long run ever would. That is why resetting as soon as Rebirth becomes available is usually the right call, especially in the late game.
When to reset and free-to-play notes
Rebirth the moment the requirement is met and your Cash is spent. Holding off only delays the compounding bonuses, and the sooner you stack them, the quicker each following run clears. There is no cap on how often you can loop this, so treat it as a repeating cycle rather than a one-time event.
