Every high-value seed, pet, and gear item ranked by its current live trade value.

Trade values in Grow a Garden 2 swing constantly, so knowing which items actually carry weight before you send an offer matters. The ranking below sorts seeds, pets, and gear into tiers based on their current market value, so you can spot a fair swap from a lopsided one at a glance.

Quick answer: Big Ice Serpent is the single most valuable item right now at roughly 9.2K, followed by Rainbow Unicorn (7.7K) and Rainbow Ice Serpent (7.3K).

Grow a Garden 2 trade value tier list

Tiers group items by their live trade value. S covers the top-end pets that anchor big trades, while D and below hold the low-value crops and gear that mostly serve as throw-ins to balance an offer.

Why the top tiers rank where they do

The S tier is dominated by serpent and unicorn variants because their values sit far above everything else. Big Ice Serpent clears 9K on its own, and the Rainbow and standard Ice Serpent forms all hold six-figure-adjacent numbers in the thousands, giving them the pull to headline a whole trade by themselves.

Mega and Rainbow pets fill out the rest of the high end. Mega Robin (5K), Rainbow Monkey (5.0K), Mega Bunny and Mega Owl (both 2.8K) all trade well above ordinary crops, which is why the Mega and Rainbow prefixes are worth chasing when they appear.

The A and B tiers are where seeds start to matter. Dragon’s Breath at 490 is the strongest pure seed, sitting just under the Big and Rainbow pets. Star Fruit recently climbed to 420, and Sun Bloom and Hypno Bloom hold steady in the low hundreds, making them the most tradeable crops outside the pet market.

Recent value movement to watch

A few items shifted sharply in the most recent update pass. Star Fruit rose from 340 to 420 (+24%), Sun Bloom edged up from 200 to 220 (+10%), and Monkey moved from 9 to 10 (+11%). On the downside, Super Watering Can and Super Sprinkler both collapsed to 1, dropping more than 95% each and confirming their place in the bulk tier.

Note: Several Mega and Rainbow variants, including Mega Bear, Mega Unicorn, and Rainbow Bear, currently show no set value. Treat those as unpriced until enough trades establish a stable number, and avoid accepting them as a fixed-value anchor.

How this ranking was built

Items are placed by their current trade value, with the biggest numbers forming the S tier and single-digit bulk items falling to the bottom. These figures reflect the market as of July 24, 2026, and they move often. Re-check the value of both sides after any major update or event before you lock in a trade, since a high-value item with low demand can sit unsold while a cheaper, in-demand one moves quickly.
