If the challenge does not trigger, the usual reasons are that you finished a match without winning, or you attempted a mode solo, which is not possible. Only actual wins count, and both must land inside the July 30 to August 5 window.
Why the Manor Tie-dye Tee is notable
The Manor Tie-dye Tee first entered GTA Online in December 2020 as a reward for completing a Cayo Perico Heist Scoping Mission.
