The Ghost Ship is a Sea 3 event in Haze Seas that puts a phantom vessel on the water near the Land of the Gods island. Once you destroy it, the ship hands out crafting materials, currency, and a loot chest. It never appears on its own, though. You have to feed Devil Fruits to a special altar that only shows up while a Storm is active.
Quick answer: During a Storm in Sea 3, go to the green Ghost Altar at the edge of the throne building on Land of the Gods, then sacrifice Devil Fruits totaling 20 points. A single Mythic fruit hits 20 instantly. The message “A phantom ship rises from the abyss…” confirms the spawn.
What you need before the altar appears
This is strictly late-game content, so make sure you have all three pieces in place before you head out.
- Access to Sea 3. The Ghost Ship only triggers here, near the Land of the Gods island.
- An active Storm. The altar spawns only during the Storm event, which runs about every 2 hours and 35 minutes and lasts roughly 10 minutes.
- Devil Fruits worth 20 points. Rarity decides the value, not the raw number of fruits, so keep spare fruits saved for this.
Because the Storm window is short, decide you are going for the Ghost Ship before the weather changes, then move straight to the altar when it starts.
Finding the green Ghost Altar
The altar sits on the edge of the throne building in Land of the Gods, toward the left side of the island. You can spot it from a distance by its round green base. When someone is actively using it, it gives off a glowing aura.
Keep in mind the altar is not there during normal weather. If you reach the throne building and see nothing, a Storm is not running yet and you will need to wait for the next one.
Devil Fruit sacrifice values
Each fruit you offer adds points based on its rarity. You need a running total of 20 to summon the ship. Do the math before you reach the altar so you do not waste Storm time feeding in low-value fruits one at a time.

A single Mythic fruit covers the full cost by itself. Mixing works too, so a Legendary plus a Rare reaches 20, while a stack of Commons takes much longer and eats into your window.

Fighting the Ghost Ship
The Ghost Ship is a Level 5000 enemy with 378,908 health. It deals no damage of its own, so the fight is purely a matter of grinding down its health to claim the loot. Even so, that health pool makes it a target for late-game builds only.
The ship does not stay in one spot. It keeps sailing across the waters around Land of the Gods, so expect to chase it while you deal damage.

Destroying the ship guarantees a Phantom Lantern and a Ghost Chest, with a few extra drops rolling on lower odds.

The Phantom Lantern is the main draw. It is required to unlock the Blackleg Fighting Style V2 and to craft both the Prismatic Shard and Dominus Messor. Since the Ghost Ship is the only source for it, hold onto duplicate Devil Fruits so you can repeat the summon whenever a Storm rolls around.

If nothing happens, the cause is almost always one of two things. Either the Storm is not active, which means the altar is not present at all, or your sacrifices have not yet added up to 20 points.
