The Sacrifice Room inside Bruno’s Mansion locks you in the moment you step through the door, and toxic gas immediately starts filling the chamber. Aidan takes poison damage the whole time you stay inside, so the puzzle is built to be solved quickly rather than puzzled over. Three statues and a wall portrait hold everything you need.
Quick answer: Set the three statues to match the portrait — human face, staff upright at 90 degrees, scales balanced. A hidden door opens beside the portrait, leading to the Bedroom Key.

Sacrifice Room statue puzzle solution
The portrait on the wall shows the correct state for each of the three statues. You interact with every statue individually and cycle it to the position that matches the painting. There is no second mechanism or extra clue to hunt for — these three settings are the whole solution.
| Statue | Correct position |
|---|---|
| First statue | Cycle the faces until the human face is shown |
| Second statue | Rotate the staff until it stands upright (90 degrees) |
| Third statue | Set the scales so both sides sit evenly. |
Once all three match, a secret door slides open next to the portrait. If it stays shut, recheck the staff and the scales — the staff has to be fully vertical, and the scales must sit perfectly balanced rather than tilted to one side.

Add to Google Preferences →Grab the Bedroom Key and open the exit
Step through the newly opened passage into the back room. The Bedroom Key sits on a desk here. Pick it up — it does not unlock the room you entered through, but it does open Bruno’s private bedroom upstairs later on.
To actually leave, look at the wall opposite the desk where you found the key. There is a button there. Press it to open the way into a storage room stocked with ammunition and other supplies, so take a moment to loot it before moving on.
Restock before the exit, because a cultist ambushes you the moment you reach the main hallway, climbing out of one of the sarcophagi. Deal with it, then head for the stairs.

Where to use the Bedroom Key
On the upper floor, find Bruno’s office. Directly across from it is a red velvet door, which is the entrance to his bedroom. Use the Bedroom Key on this door to get inside.
Search the room for loot, then look for the journal resting on the dresser. Open it to reveal a Security Card tucked inside. This card is what lifts the lockdown on the mansion.
Head back down to the main entrance and use the Security Card on the reader beside the locked front door. The lockdown disengages, the door unlocks, and Aidan can leave Bruno’s Mansion to keep searching for Charlotte’s Heart. If the entrance opens without a prompt to find anything else, the full sequence is done.
