There are three clean, repeatable ways to put him down, and each one leans on a different part of the map.
Quick answer: The fastest kill is electrocution. Flood the water near the top-floor DJ booth, drop an ICA Micro Taser in the puddle, and trigger it as Cane walks past on his patrol.
This is an elusive target, so you get one attempt. If a plan collapses, you have to improvise on the spot or fail the contract. The mission runs free for all players from August 27 through September 26, 2026, and you need access to the Haven Island location to load it.
Electrocute Dr. Cyrus Cane at the DJ booth
This is the simplest route and needs almost no setup beyond one gadget. Cane patrols the balcony on the top floor of his villa and passes the DJ booth on a loop. A water filter and an electric panel sit right beside that booth, which turns the whole spot into a trap.

This kill happens underground during Cane’s VIP presentation and counts as an accident if you set it up cleanly. The catch is that you have to trigger the meeting first, or Cane never walks into the crushing zone.
Note: Hold the override until Cane has fully stepped into the gap and stopped walking. Closing it early just moves the clusters without catching him.
Push Dr. Cyrus Cane onto the production line
The third route also uses the VIP tour, but here you play along as Cane’s guest and end things at the conveyor belt. It is the most hands-on option, since the kill comes down to a single well-timed push.
