How to redeem codes in Honkai Star Rail

Codes can be entered either inside the game or through the official redemption website. iOS players must use the website, since the in-game redemption button does not appear on that platform.

In-game redemption

Launch Honkai Star Rail and press Esc (or tap the menu icon on mobile) to open the main menu.

Click the three-dot icon next to your username.

Select “Redemption Code” from the dropdown list.

Type or paste a code into the box and hit “Redeem.”

Open your in-game mailbox and claim the rewards. A successful redemption sends the items to your mail immediately, and the game will show an error message if the code is invalid, expired, or already used on your account.

Website redemption

Go to the official Honkai Star Rail redemption page.

Enter the code and click “Redeem.”

Check your in-game mailbox to collect the rewards once you’re back in the game.

Note: the in-game redemption option only unlocks after finishing the early mission “A Moment of Peace,” which opens up the mailbox system.
