Every objective in Anna’s House Camp quest, from dismantling Metal Junk to cooking a dish on your new Stove.

House Camp Flipper is the main quest Anna Ivashchenko hands you inside the Church at House Camp, right after The Way Home wraps up. It walks you through gathering scrap, crafting three new tools, patching four damaged perimeter walls, and finishing with a working Stove. A few of the steps need materials you have to prepare in advance.

Quick answer: Accept the quest from Anna, visit Sean and take his junk, dismantle 10 Metal Junk, craft a Scrap Axe, Scrap Pickaxe and Scrap Shiv, renovate four walls, report back, build a Stove for 30 Scrap, then cook any two-ingredient dish.

What you need before you start

You can save yourself a lot of back-and-forth by stocking up first. The whole quest consumes a steady supply of Scrap, plus Processed Plastic for the tools and Wire for the walls.

  • 10 Metal Junk to dismantle for the objective, and more after that for Scrap.
  • 20 Scrap and 40 Processed Plastic for all three scrap tools combined.
  • 10 Scrap and 1 Wire for every Armored Wall segment you renovate.
  • 30 Scrap for the Stove.
  • A Building Tool, access to a Workbench, one fuel item, and two cooking ingredients.

Sean’s storage chest can provide Wire. If you need more, Wire is a Workbench recipe that takes 1 Copper Ingot each. Metal Junk breaks down at a rate of 2 Scrap per piece, and the yard between Sean’s house and the Church is full of Damaged Cars that hold extra junk.

Accept the quest and collect Sean’s materials

Talk to Anna Ivashchenko inside the Church and pick the option “I’ll fix your walls.” You will see The Way Home close out, then the House Camp Flipper banner appears and the tracker points you to “Visit Sean.”
Follow the yellow compass marker out of the Church, down the metal stairs and across the yard of snow-covered cars to a white wooden house with a covered porch. Talk to Sean, and the objective switches to “Collect the resources.”
Open Sean’s storage chest beside him. It can hold 5 Metal Junk, 1 Wire and 1 Beer. Taking everything sets the objective to “Disassemble the Metal Junk 0/10.” Since the chest only covers half, loot the Damaged Cars in the yard for the remaining Metal Junk on your way back.

Dismantle the Metal Junk at the Church

Head back into the Church and open the Dismantle Bench against the wall (press F). A recycling panel with five slots opens next to your inventory. Drop the Metal Junk stack into a slot, and each piece takes 5 seconds to turn into 2 Scrap. If you have Plastic Junk, run it in another slot at the same time to produce the Processed Plastic your tools will need.

The tracker counts dismantled pieces up to 10. When it fills, the quest unlocks the three craft objectives. If the scrap tools aren’t learned yet, they’re the Scrap Tools Set on the Blueprints screen, which costs 2 blueprint points for all three.

Craft the Scrap Axe, Scrap Pickaxe, and Scrap Shiv

Go to a Workbench and craft each tool with “Craft x1.” None of the three use wood, so don’t worry about chopping anything first.

Once the third tool is made, four new wall objectives appear in the tracker.

Renovate the four House Camp walls

The four wall objectives, exactly as they read, are the wall near Gate D, the wall facing the Solar Facility, the wall near Gate B, and the wall facing the Technocrats Colony. Each one has its own yellow compass marker with a distance, and all four sit on the camp’s perimeter wall.

When you reach a wall, a “Renovation zone” banner appears and a Base Renovation counter shows under the tracker. The Solar Facility and Gate B walls each have 2 segments; the Technocrats Colony wall has 3. The missing pieces appear as blue see-through panels in the wall’s gaps.

Equip the Building Tool and aim at a blue panel. The label reads “Armored Wall” with a “Renovating” prompt, and two icons show what you hold against what’s needed. Left-click to start a short bar (about 2 seconds), which spends 10 Scrap and 1 Wire per segment and makes the panel solid. If you’re short, the piece turns red with a “Missing Resources” warning. Clear any blue Rubble pile in a zone with the left mouse button while the Building Tool is in hand.

A wall counts even if you patched it before the objectives appeared. If you’d already fixed the Gate D wall earlier, that line ticks itself the moment the list shows up.

Budget 20 Scrap and 2 Wire for a two-segment wall, and 30 Scrap and 3 Wire for the three-segment one. When a wall’s counter fills, its objective line turns yellow with a tick.

Report back to Anna and claim the Stove blueprint

After the fourth wall, head back to Anna in the Church and pick “I’ve fixed the walls. [End Quest].” Later in the same conversation she offers the next main quest, Breaking the Radio Silence.

Open the yellow “Quest reward” container next to Anna. It unlocks the Stove recipe and hands over 1 Whiskey, 5 Frozen Pizza and 20 Bucks. The tracker then changes to “Build a Stove.”

Build the Stove and cook a dish

Equip the Building Tool and open the Building menu. The Stove is the first entry on the Utilities tab and costs 30 Scrap, with nothing else required. Place it on a floor inside one of your bases, and the tracker shifts to “Cook a Dish with any two ingredients.”
Open the Stove (press F). Put fuel in the fuel slot and press Turn On. Coal works well and burns for roughly 20 minutes on the dial.
Place one item in the Primary slot and one in the Enhancer slot, then press Cook. One pair that works comes straight from your reward: Frozen Pizza as Primary and Whiskey as Enhancer. It finishes in about 10 seconds and gives a Healthy Dish.

The House Camp Flipper “Quest Succeeded” banner appears the moment the dish finishes cooking. There’s no extra reward popup at that point, so once you see the banner the quest is done.
