Making money in Steal a Brainrot on Roblox follows one loop. You buy brainrots off a conveyor belt with in-game cash, park them at your base, and walk back to collect the cash they build up. That cash then goes into more brainrots or into the tool stall that protects your base.

Your base at spawn: $100 in the bottom-left HUD, CASH MULTI x1 and the green COLLECT ZONE.

Quick answer: You start with $100. Buy the $25 Noobini Pizzanini from the belt, let cash build on its base slot, then walk to your base to collect it and buy pricier brainrots.

Steal a Brainrot starting cash and the first purchase

You spawn on your own base, which is labelled “YOUR BASE”. The cash counter sits in the bottom-left corner of the HUD and starts at $100. Next to your base is a CASH MULTI readout, which shows “x1” at the start, and a green COLLECT ZONE strip running beside the red delivery path. Other players’ bases share the same layout, with their name shown above it.

The tutorial walks you through the first lap of the loop. Follow its prompts in order.

Read the first tutorial prompt, “Go buy a Noobini Pizzanini”. This brainrot is the cheapest on the belt and fits easily inside your starting $100.
Head to the map’s central red belt and look for a brainrot carrying the tag “Noobini Pizzanini Common $1/s $25”. They travel along the belt toward player bases, so wait if necessary for one to pass.
Stand next to it and press the on-screen prompt key, which shows as E on keyboard. The $25 price comes out of your cash, and the brainrot heads to a green slot at your base.
Watch the tutorial change to “Go collect your cash!”. That change confirms the purchase went through, and it points you to the second half of the loop.

How to read brainrot price tags on the belt

Every brainrot on the belt carries a floating tag. The tag lists the name, the rarity, an income figure per second, and the price in cash. The figure with “/s” is the income per second, and the last figure is what the brainrot costs. Some tags appear shortened on screen and show only a name and a price.

BrainrotRarityIncome tagPrice
Noobini PizzaniniCommon$1/s$25
Lirili Larila——$250
Svinina BombardinoCommon$10/s$1.2K
Pipi KiwiCommon$13/s$3.1K
Bandito BobrittoRare$35/s$4.5K
Tric Trac BaraboomCommon—$6K
Cacto Hipopotamo——$9.7K
Cappuccino AssassinoEpic$75/s$10K

When you stand close enough to buy, a purchase prompt shows the name and price together. For example, it reads “Svinina Bombardino $1.2K Purchase” or “Bandito Bobritto $4.5K Purchase”, with the full tag still floating above the brainrot. If the price on the prompt is more than you hold, keep collecting before you try.

The cheap end of the belt is where to start. The Noobini at $25 is the starter buy the tutorial asks for, and higher-priced brainrots become reachable as your collected cash grows.

Collecting cash from your base slots

Your brainrots don’t pay straight into your wallet. Each one stands on a green slot at your base, and its earnings pile up there as a yellow “Collect” label with a running amount. With three brainrots placed, for instance, the labels might read $570, $584 and $584 while the HUD shows $1.49K.

To turn those amounts into spendable cash, walk to the base slot or collect pad. The built-up amount moves into the cash counter in the bottom-left. Then head back to the belt, buy the next brainrot you can afford, and repeat. That trip between belt and base is the whole money loop.

The income on a belt tag is printed on the tag only. Judge your real earnings by the Collect amounts at your base.

Guaranteed Legendary and Mythic spawn timers

Boards above the belt show two countdowns, such as “Guaranteed Legendary in 02:47” and “Guaranteed Mythic in 02:42”. Each board counts down to a guaranteed spawn of that rarity. If you’re saving for a rarer brainrot, these boards tell you when to be standing at the belt.

Steal a Brainrot tool shop prices and rebirth locks

Cash also buys tools at an in-game stall. Walk up to it and use the “Coins Shop” prompt. The panel that opens is headed “Shop – Buy tools to protect your base and troll others!”. Three tools are open to buy with cash from the start.

Slap$500Knocks thieves away
Speed Coil$750Extra movement speed
Trap$1KFreezes thieves

The Slap is described as “An average hand to slap thieves and send them flying!”. The Speed Coil reads “Zoom around the map with additional speed.”. The Trap reads “Place traps that freeze thieves for 10 seconds (5 Max)”, so you can have up to five traps out to guard your base.

Rebirths unlock the stall’s lower rows. On the HUD’s left, find Rebirth below Shop. The locked tools are:

  • Iron Slap: “YOU NEED 1 REBIRTHS”
  • Gravity Coil: “YOU NEED 1 REBIRTHS”
  • Bee Launcher: “YOU NEED 1 REBIRTHS”
  • Gold Slap: “YOU NEED 2 REBIRTHS”
  • Coil Combo: “YOU NEED 2 REBIRTHS”
  • Rage Table: “YOU NEED 2 REBIRTHS”

Coil Combo’s description reads “combined for a double boost”. Until you meet a tool’s rebirth requirement, its row shows the lock message in place of a buy option.

Index completion bonus: +0.5x Base Multi

Collecting brainrots also feeds a permanent multiplier. The Index screen, titled “Index – All Brainrots”, tracks 585 brainrots in total, with variant tabs for Normal, Gold, Diamond, Rainbow, Eclipse and Crystal. The goal line at the bottom reads “Collect 75% Normal Brainrots for +0.5x Base Multi”, and its progress counter runs out of 439. Every new Normal brainrot you buy moves that counter forward, so filling out the Index works hand in hand with the belt-to-base loop.
