The taskbar is an important part of the system and is used very frequently for different purposes. The human eye looks for a change now and then and the same goes for the color of the Taskbar.
Windows 10 offers the option to change the color of the Taskbar, start menu, and action centre. The catch here is that a user cannot set a different color for the three. The default color of the Taskbar in Windows 10 is black. When you change the color of the Taskbar, it starts looking pleasant to the eye.
Changing Taskbar Color
To change the Taskbar color, right-click on the desktop and select ‘Personalise’.
On the Personalisation window, click on ‘Colours’, to the left of the screen.
Select a color of your choice under ‘Choose your accent colour’ and then tick the checkbox ‘Start, taskbar and action centre’.
As soon as you select a color and tick the checkbox, the color of the Taskbar and the Start Menu changes accordingly.
Now that you know how to change the color of the Taskbar, change it to one of your choice.
