Find the Toy Capsule from the East Town Encounter node, clear its special stage, and gather the Sprites needed to evolve the Mythic unit.

The Drink is a Mythic unit in Anime Expeditions modeled on Trunks from Dragon Ball, and it does not appear in any summon banner. You unlock it through an Encounter node in the East Town Expedition, where a special NPC hands you a Toy Capsule that opens a one-off challenge stage. Clear that stage and the unit joins your collection.

Quick answer: Enter an Encounter node in East Town, speak to The Drink (Juicebox) NPC to receive a Toy Capsule, then open the capsule from your inventory and beat the stage it launches to earn The Drink.

What you need before starting

The whole unlock depends on rolling the right Encounter. Encounter nodes spawn a random figure, so you may need to reset and re-enter East Town until The Drink (Juicebox) NPC appears. The Toy Capsule is a one-time-use consumable, which means a failed run can burn your attempt. Bring your best team before you open it.

How to unlock The Drink from the Trunks encounter

Open the Expedition Map and select an Encounter node inside East Town. These nodes are marked with a clock icon and describe a mysterious figure who offers to Speak, Barter, or Engage.
Enter the stage and let your avatar spawn, then search the street for The Drink (Juicebox) NPC. If a different figure appears, exit and re-roll the Encounter until you find him.
Hold the E key to interact and choose Speak. He says he has little time and hands over the item, ending with a short confirmation before the exchange completes.

A notification confirms you received one Toy Capsule. Return to the lobby once it lands in your inventory.
Open the Items tab, select the Toy Capsule, and press Use Item. This automatically opens the East Town Expedition menu with the special stage selected.
Bring two farms and your strongest upgraded units, then enter matchmaking and clear the stage. The final wave ends with a Bioinsect boss, and beating it drops The Drink as a Mythic unit reward.

Note: The victory screen listing The Drink among your gained rewards is how you confirm the unlock worked. If the run fails, the capsule may not grant another attempt, so treat the stage as a single shot and set your team before opening it.

Evolving The Drink into The Drink (Juicebox)

The base unit evolves at the blue Evolve platform in the lobby. Select The Drink from your unit list, gather the required Sprites and Gold, then press Evolve Unit to upgrade it into The Drink (Juicebox).

Red, Blue, and Rainbow Sprites come from clearing Challenges and can be crafted using Grey Sprites. You earn Grey Sprites and Gold by finishing Story stages, so run those if you are short on materials before the evolution unlocks.

The Drink (Juicebox) passives and ability

The evolved form is a support-focused unit built around Follow-Up Attacks. It gains extra Range, a lower Special Attack requirement, and stronger follow-up damage after transforming.

Quick AssistPassiveWhen a Follow-Up Attack happens in range (8s cooldown), performs a Follow-Up Attack at 150% of current damage and applies Precision Slash.
Precision SlashPassiveEvery 4 regular attacks, inflicts The Drink Mark for 15 seconds, raising all Follow-Up Attack damage by 25% and applying a 10% Physical weakness.
Perfected StrikesPassiveApplying The Drink Mark during The Drink Transformation makes all Follow-Up Attacks critically strike for 15% increased critical damage.
Golden AscensionAbilityTransforms for 60 seconds, reduces Precision Slash attacks required by 1, increases Quick Assist Follow-Up damage by 15%, lowers SPA by 10%, and raises RNG by 10%.

The unit reaches its highest value beside teammates that already trigger frequent Follow-Up Attacks inside its range. Pairing it with crit and transformation carries lets Perfected Strikes turn those follow-ups into guaranteed crits during the transformation window.

Because four copies are needed for max ascension, expect to repeat the Encounter-to-capsule loop several times if you want to fully build the unit. Keep in mind that The Drink is the actual unit, not the Ballin’ Drink cosmetic, and its unlock belongs to the Update 1.0 Warriors Saga roster rather than any earlier event.
