The Gojo-inspired fighting styles in Sailor Piece run in two stages. First comes the Limitless Sorcerer (Gojo V1), a melee style you earn through simple trainer quests. After that, the Strongest of Today (Gojo V2) is a serious grind that ends with an Infinity Domain move strong enough to carry you into the endgame.
Quick answer: Complete the three Limitless Sorcerer Trainer quests at Shibuya Station to unlock Gojo V1, farm the Strongest of Today boss on Shinjuku Island for its drops to unlock Gojo V2, then finish the Infinity Domain mastery quest to add the F move and a permanent 30% damage increase.
Unlock Gojo V1 (Limitless Sorcerer) at Shibuya Station
Gojo V1 is the foundation. You need it to survive the tougher bosses that gate the V2 style, and the requirements are light. Head to Shibuya Station and climb the building on the right of the Limitless Sorcerer world boss to find the Limitless Sorcerer Trainer.
E. This starts a chain of three quests.
Unlock Gojo V2 (Strongest of Today) on Shinjuku Island
Gojo V2 lives on Shinjuku Island, where the Strongest of Today seller NPC waits at the top of the tower in front of the boss spawn. Everything you need drops from the Strongest of Today boss, but that boss does not spawn on its own. You summon it manually by spending Limitless Keys at the Strongest Boss Summoner NPC.

Note: You do not strictly need Gojo V1 equipped to claim Gojo V2, but it makes clearing the earlier bosses far easier while you farm.
Unlock the Infinity Domain F move
Unlocking Gojo V2 does not give you its signature attack. The F move, which summons an Infinity Domain, is locked behind a separate mastery quest. Clearing it also grants a permanent 30% damage boost, which is what makes the whole grind worthwhile.
You need three things before the Infinity Domain Mastery NPC will help you:

The Infinity Domain Shard is the tricky part. Cursed Flesh is a rare 3.82% drop from the Strongest in History boss, while Energy Shards drop very rarely from the Strong Sorcerer NPCs on the same island. Gather both, then craft the shard at the NPC in the left corner of Sailor Island.
Gojo V1 and V2 movesets compared
Both styles share the same key binds, but Gojo V2 hits harder across the board and adds the Infinity Domain on F once you finish the mastery quest.
