The Dagon Update (Update 3.4) adds a Mythic-tier clan, a water-based cursed technique called Disaster Tides, and a Level 350+ raid to Kaizen. Getting the full package means rolling a very rare clan, grinding technique mastery, trading for a Domain Expansion, and beating the Awakened Dagon boss.
Quick answer: Roll the Dagon clan (0.03% drop) in the clan spin menu, level Disaster Tides to unlock its four moves, reach Mastery Level 250, and trade 10 Domain Shards to Hakaze for the Domain Expansion (Mastery Level 300 is required to use it in combat), then run the Level 350+ Dagon Raid to farm the Kraken Tentacle.

Disaster Tides moves and mastery requirements
Disaster Tides is the cursed technique tied to Dagon. Each move unlocks at a set mastery level, and you gain mastery by using the technique in combat. Early grinding is fastest against Wailing Titan NPCs.

Kraken Body is a transformation that turns your character into a red, armored octopus-like form and is available from Mastery Level 1. Calamity Tide is the heavy hitter used to finish the raid boss.
Unlock the Domain Expansion through Hakaze
The Domain Expansion is not automatic. You unlock it by meeting a mastery threshold and handing over Domain Shards to an NPC in the safe zone.
Note: unlocking at Mastery Level 250 only makes the Domain available. You must reach Mastery Level 300 to actually cast it in combat.
Clear the Level 350+ Dagon Raid
The Dagon Raid requires Level 350 or higher and runs across three phases. Select it from the raid menu once you meet the level requirement.
