The Guardian is the fourth of six toys in the Black Ops 7 Zombies Super Easter Egg, and collecting it sends you back to the frozen Norse village of Totenreich. The run is short on paper and long in practice, because the toy step sits behind a full Wonder Weapon build, a fishing minigame, and a boss who only dies to one specific weapon.
Quick answer: Fish the toy box out at Eidskallen Square with Wild Fire active, kill King Draugvald with the Silent Heir crossbow, trade his crown at the box, then exfil.
Requirements before you load into Totenreich
Nothing below will trigger if the Super Easter Egg itself is still locked. Sort these first, because there is no way to salvage a run that starts wrong.
On Standard, Directed, or Cursed, finish the main Easter Egg quest on every map.
For this match, set Wild Fire as your Field Upgrade; the fishing step depends on it.
Turn on the Power and get Pack-a-Punch running early, since you will need it for the crossbow.
Skip save-and-quit on solo runs so the quest state stays intact.
Here is everything the run asks you to pick up, and why each one matters.
Item
Where
Used for
Jotunn Star
Top of the Lighthouse

Olaf’s Cod Cranker

Traded at the toy box
Build the Jotunn Star Wonder Weapon first
Treat the Wonder Weapon as the run’s first required step, since it feeds into everything afterward rather than serving as a side trip. Already familiar with the build? Complete it and continue; a shortened version follows. Picking up the Jotunn Star occupies your melee slot.
Head to the Titan Crane at Dry Dock and press the button to lower the crane-held wall. Wall jump off it toward the front of the ship and hold interact mid-air to grab the Chain Links.
At Storm Bridge, pick up the Chilly Chunks from the crate positioned behind the truck beside Deadshot Daiquiri. Then deliver them to Skallen Market and set them on the table in the center.
Carry the Lantern to the altar beneath the Burial Grounds, then use the altar’s sides to follow the wall constellation sequence: left, right, back, front.
Obtain Olaf’s Cod Cranker, which is a fishing rod. Rods may appear in yellow barrels throughout the map; Fishery Island has the simplest one to use, so take it as you bring up the map and switch on the Power.
At Eidskallen Square, look northwest from just beyond Lovin’s Oldsaker shop toward the water’s edge. Interact with that fishing spot to set the rod, then activate Wild Fire at once to ignite the pole.
Wait for the rod to start reeling, then interact with it again to haul up the iceberg. Wild Fire melts the ice and leaves an open toy box sitting at the square.
Do not enter the Burial Grounds before you have a weapon. Pulling in the box brings King Draugvald the Undying into the area; he is extremely strong and pursues you with a blizzard that slows you.
Find the Silent Heir crossbow on the Lighthouse roof
The crossbow is a hidden pickup rather than a quest reward, and it is the only weapon that can finish the boss.
Go up the Lighthouse and step onto its roof, positioning yourself directly above the entranceway and the GobbleGum Machine. Alternatively, some players jump from the exterior railing ledge and catch the weapon in mid-air.
Bring it immediately to Pack-a-Punch. After the upgrade, the Silent Heir turns into the Last Coronation, giving you the extra damage needed for the fight.
Draugvald sits in the Burial Grounds and will not leave, so you fight him on your schedule. Open your tactical map if you lose track of him — he shows up as a marked high-value target.

With the upgraded crossbow in hand, head into the Burial Grounds and engage King Draugvald the Undying. Keep moving, because his ice attacks slow you down.
Land the final shot with the crossbow — a headshot seals it. Any other weapon on the killing blow wastes the fight, and he drops his crown only when the crossbow finishes him.
When the Exfil booth activates, eliminate the HVT that appears. Keep the Guardian with you as you exit the match through the phone booth portal; dying or remaining in the match prevents the toy from registering.
A successful exfil teleports the Guardian to the house and marks part four of six as done. To confirm it stuck, load into Rex Infernus and check the wooden display shelf in the safehouse — the Guardian figure should be sitting there alongside the toys you have already collected, leaving two maps between you and the finished Super Easter Egg.
