The Silverback Gorilla is a legendary, flyable, and rideable pet in Adopt Me that arrived on February 27, 2026, taking the Giant Panda’s place in the Pet Releaser. You can get it three ways through Jane’s Ticket Exchange in the Nursery, or by trading with another player.
Quick answer: Go to Jane’s Shop inside the Nursery and either buy the Silverback Gorilla outright for 2,000,000 tickets, or gamble on eggs — a Basic Egg (400 tickets) has a 0.01% hatch chance, and a Crystal Egg (4,000 tickets) has a 0.1% hatch chance.

Where to find the Silverback Gorilla
Everything happens at Jane’s Ticket Exchange, which sits inside the Nursery. Spawn near the Pet Shop, walk into the Nursery, and head to Jane’s Shop. The board there shows the current prices and hatch rates for the Basic Egg, the Crystal Egg, and the Silverback Gorilla itself.

Each method uses Pet Releaser Tickets. Buying directly is guaranteed but expensive, while the eggs are cheap gambles with low odds.
| Method | Cost | Chance |
|---|---|---|
| Direct purchase from Jane’s Shop | 2,000,000 tickets | Guaranteed |
| Basic Egg | 400 tickets | 0.01% |
| Crystal Egg | 4,000 tickets | 0.1% |

Note: The Crystal Egg gives ten times the hatch chance of the Basic Egg for ten times the price, so the math is roughly even. If you want the best odds per attempt, the Crystal Egg is the stronger pick.
How to confirm you got it
When an egg hatches into the Silverback Gorilla, it appears in your inventory and gets logged in the Journal, marked as Legendary and sourced from the Pet Releaser. You can also open the Journal to preview the normal, Neon, and Mega Neon versions before or after you own one.
As a growing pet, it learns tricks as it ages from Newborn to Full Grown.
| Age | Trick |
|---|---|
| Newborn | Sit |
| Junior | Joyful |
| Pre-Teen | Beg |
| Teen | Jump |
| Post-Teen | Trick 1 |
| Full Grown | Trick 2 |
Neon and Mega Neon Silverback Gorilla
Turning the pet Neon and then Mega Neon means combining multiple grown copies. That makes these forms a big investment on top of the base pet.
| Form | Copies needed | Ticket equivalent | Look |
|---|---|---|---|
| Neon | 4 Silverback Gorillas | 8,000,000 tickets | Glows light purple-blue on hands, feet, eyebrows, head, inner ears, and underbelly |
| Mega Neon | 16 Silverback Gorillas | 24,000,000 tickets | Same glowing areas, but cycling through rainbow colors |
To make a Neon, raise four Silverback Gorillas to Full Grown and combine them in the Neon Cave. A Mega Neon then requires four of those Neon pets, which works out to 16 base gorillas in total.

If you would rather not grind tickets, trading remains an option, since the Silverback Gorilla can change hands between players. But for a guaranteed copy on your own, the direct 2,000,000-ticket purchase at Jane’s Shop is the surest route, with the Crystal Egg as the cheaper gamble when you feel lucky.
