The Twentieth Teapot is the most difficult reward to unlock in The Hunt: Roblox 20. This head accessory looks like a light-colored ceramic teapot, with a glowing birthday candle sticking out of its lid to celebrate Roblox’s 20th anniversary. Its catalog text suggests the teapot can summon a mighty clockwork, but not with much urgency. The item is Off Sale, meaning Robux cannot be used to purchase it. Earning it requires completing the event as a subscriber.
Quick answer: With Roblox Plus running, earn the full set of 40 event badges—20 from the main quests and 20 hidden ones—before looking in your avatar inventory for the item.
The two requirements for the Twentieth Teapot
Two things have to be true on the same account, and neither one substitutes for the other. Badge progress alone will not grant the item, and a membership alone won’t either.
- The account claiming this reward must currently have a Roblox Plus membership.
- All 40 event badges — 20 main quest badges and 20 secret badges (numbered S01 through S20).
Roblox Plus runs about $5 a month. Alongside the teapot eligibility, the subscription lets you send Robux to other players, opens free private servers, and applies a 20% discount across the catalog. You can read the full membership details on the official Roblox Plus page.
Roblox has not provided an official badge requirement. The commonly reported target is 40, associated with later Infinity Zone progress; use it as the current practical requirement, not a figure Roblox has verified.

Add to Google Preferences →Why 20 badges won’t be enough
Clearing the first 20 historical badges takes you through Roblox’s history from 2006 to 2025 and unlocks Year Infinity. That finishes the standard Hunt route, but for the teapot it’s only the halfway mark. The accessory checks the larger total, so an account sitting at 20 badges won’t see it yet.
The other 20 badges are awarded for hidden quests, each marked with an S-number. Completing every concealed task brings your total to 40. If the teapot is still absent, don’t redo the original 20. Check your event badge tally and pursue any secret objectives that haven’t been counted.
All three Roblox Plus rewards in The Hunt: Roblox 20
The teapot unlocks at the highest progress tier among three subscriber rewards. If you played with Plus active, you may already have the first one or two without realizing it. Plus is required for these three bonus items only; the standard Hunt route and Year Infinity are accessible without a subscription.
| Reward | Requirement |
|---|---|
| Roblox Plus Hard Hat | Enter the event hub with Roblox Plus active (no badges) |
| Noob Attack: Birthday Bash | Complete all 20 main quest badges |
| The Twentieth Teapot | Collect all 40 event badges (20 main + 20 secret) |
How to earn all 40 badges
Start with the 20 main quest badges. They have clear objectives you complete as you play through the event, so they’re the fastest to knock out. These include tasks like finding the 5 Jailbreak NPC locations, earning the Apocalypse Rising 2 and Chaos Canyon 2009 challenge badges, hitting the 5 buttons in Sword Fights on the Heights IV, collecting 10 badges on the 2006 map, grabbing 10 eggs in Rocket Arena, and picking up all 4 gifts in Crossroads.
Once the main quests are done, shift entirely to the 20 secret badges. These aren’t advertised anywhere obvious, and several are tucked into corners you’d never think to check. You collect them from the podiums at the Hunt 2026 Lobby Hub. Hunting all 20 blind takes a very long time, so lean on dedicated walkthroughs for the trickier ones like the Defective Despacito Spiders quest in Jailbreak, the carrot puzzle in Grow a Garden, the hidden items in Murder Mystery 2, and the Three Clubs task in Chaos Canyon.
How to claim and confirm the teapot
If you have 40 badges but see neither the badge nor the accessory, visit the official Hunt hub and Infinity Zone again before replaying anything. With fewer than 40, track down the badges that failed to register instead of repeatedly looking for the teapot. If you meet the target while the Infinity Zone is not fully open, hold on to your progress and return once that layer becomes available. Your tally carries forward, so you don’t need to reset the account or remove completed objectives while you wait.
The Twentieth Teapot asks for a full run of the event plus a paid membership, which makes it one of the harder Hunt anniversary items to lock in. But if you’re already deep into the badges, push to the finish — you may be sitting on the Hard Hat and Noob Attack: Birthday Bash rewards too, waiting to be claimed.
