How to Run the March of Lost Souls Key Quest as Siegfried (Granblue Fantasy: Relink)

March of Lost Souls is one of the repeatable Key Quests you can take on in Granblue Fantasy: Relink’s Endless Ragnarok content. Like other Key Quests, it runs from the Quest Counter, supports matchmaking, and rewards a first-clear payout on top of its normal drops. Siegfried is a strong pick for it, offering an Earth-element sabre kit built around high stun, party buffs, and a damage cap that holds up in late-game fights.

Quick answer: Open the Quest Counter in town, select the March of Lost Souls Key Quest, press Undertake Quest, confirm your matchmaking settings, then clear the objective before the fail condition triggers. The “QUEST CLEARED” banner and the results screen confirm the run counted.

Access the March of Lost Souls Key Quest at the Quest Counter

The Quest Counter unlocks after you finish the Party Set-Up tutorial during Chapter 1, and it keeps adding new bounties as you progress. Key Quests appear alongside the rest of the counter’s missions, and each one lists its objective, advised power, side goals, and fail condition before you commit.

Walk up to the Quest Counter in the town hub and open the quest menu. Find the March of Lost Souls entry and read its objective and side goals so you know the win and lose conditions going in.
Press Undertake Quest (Y / Left Click). If you plan to play with others, set your matchmaking method, region, and crossplay preference, then select OK. Leaving the method Open with region Any and crossplay set to All Platforms fills the party fastest.
Confirm to load in. The “Quest accepted.” prompt appears, and you can keep moving in town while matchmaking searches for a session. Once loaded, complete the objective before the timer or fail condition ends the run.

Endless Ragnarok difficulty tiers

Which difficulties you can select depends on your Skyfarer Grade. The endgame Chaos band is where the toughest Key Quests live, so expect high advised power values and stronger enemy levels at those tiers.

Siegfried’s kit for clearing Key Quests

Siegfried is an Earth-element Sabre user who rewards precise combo timing. His perfectly timed attacks feed his damage buffs, and his skill set covers self-buffs, party protection, defense breaks, and heavy stun. That mix lets him press damage and keep the party alive during hectic Key Quest runs.

Skill or traitWhat it does
Deliverance (support)Strengthens perfectly timed attacks chained in a combo.
Drachenblut (support)Foe attacks won’t interrupt Siegfried while he attacks.
Draconic ReleaseATK↑ that grows with each perfectly timed normal attack; lost on a mistimed hit.
ManiganceATK↑ (30%) and DEF↑ (30%) to Siegfried.
MirageDEF↑ (70%) to the whole party.
SalvatorGrants Debuff Immunity and Drain to the party.
VerdrängenShockwave that applies DEF↓ (20%) on a direct hit.
Nelah NavGround slash that deals a high amount of stun.
UweMulti-slash lunge that chains into a normal combo and grants Stout Heart.
L’Ombre d’HierReadies a parry and counter.

If Siegfried is not yet on your roster, you can unlock him with a Crewmate Card at Siero’s Knickknack Shack in town. Crewmate Cards come from progressing the main story.

How to confirm the quest cleared

A successful run ends with the “QUEST CLEARED” banner, followed by the results screen showing your EXP, total evaluation score, and side goal status. The rewards screen then lists your drops, any side goal rewards, and first-clear rewards if this was your first completion. Once you confirm you are done reviewing the results, you return to town, and the clear is saved.

Why a Key Quest attempt fails

Key Quests end in failure when you run out of time on a timed objective or when the mission’s fail condition is met before you finish. Bring gear that meets or beats the advised power for the difficulty you pick, and watch the on-screen prompts for time remaining so you can push output at the end of a run rather than falling short of the objective.

Because Key Quests are repeatable, you can re-enter March of Lost Souls as often as you like to farm its drops after the first clear. Lock in Siegfried’s timing on his normal combos, keep Mirage and Salvator up for the party, and lean on his stun tools to keep enemies controlled while you rack up the score needed to close out the run.
