How to Summon the Angbar Arena Clan Boss in Architect

Where to place the invitation, how the three weekly entries work, and how boss loot is split between players and the clan.

Where to place the invitation, how the three weekly entries work, and how boss loot is split between players and the clan.

Angbar Arena is Architect: Land of Exiles’ clan raid content, and it does not appear on a timer or a matchmaking queue. Your clan has to spawn the portal manually using a consumable invitation, in a specific spot in the world, and everyone who wants loot has to be there when it opens.

Quick answer: Use an Angbar Invitation from the Clan Consumables tab at the Ancient Ruins in Pulsing Ridge, then enter the Dimensional Gate it spawns. Clans get three entries per week.

Angbar Arena entry rules and weekly limit

Everything starts in the Clan menu, on the Angbar Arena tab. That screen lists the available Angbar Invitation difficulties and the bosses tied to them, including Gishkal the Lava Fist and Drugamu the Thun.

  • Three difficulty tiers are offered: Easy, Normal, and Hard.
  • A clan gets three entries per week.
  • Losing the fight does not burn an attempt — entries are only consumed on a clear.
  • The invitation itself sits in your inventory under Clan Consumables, not with normal potions or scrolls.

Because a failed run costs nothing, a clan that is unsure of its damage can test the boss on a lower difficulty without losing the week’s attempts.

Where to spawn the Angbar Arena Dimensional Gate

The gate cannot be placed anywhere you like. It goes down at the Ancient Ruins, found in Pulsing Ridge inside the Abandoned Land. On the ground, the marker to aim for is the Leyline Tree — stand near it before you open your bag.

Pull up the world map and set your route there first. Since the portal only exists after someone uses an invitation, it is worth having the raid group gathered at the ruins before anyone spends the item.

How to summon the Angbar Arena clan boss

Open the Clan menu and switch to the Angbar Arena tab. Check which invitation difficulties your clan currently has and how many of the three weekly entries are still available.
Travel to the Ancient Ruins in Pulsing Ridge and position yourself near the Leyline Tree. This is the only area where the summon will go through.
Open your inventory, go to Clan Consumables, and use the invitation you want — Angbar Invitation 1 (Easy) is the entry-level option. The game switches to a Placement Mode prompt so you can confirm where the gate drops.

Confirm the placement. An Angbar Arena Dimensional Gate appears in the world, and interacting with it loads you into Angbar Arena I.
Start the fight. Once combat with Gishkal begins, the interface shows live DPS contribution meters for every party member, which is the same figure that later decides how rewards are ranked.

How to confirm the clear worked

When the boss goes down, a Challenge Successful banner covers the screen and a Participation Reward prompt appears. That prompt is your individual payout for taking part in the run.

After that, the Boss Defeat Result screen opens. It lists contribution rankings for the group, the rewards each player earned, and the separate pile of items headed to the clan.

Angbar Arena rewards and clan treasury distribution

Loot from the raid splits into two streams. Some of it lands directly with the player, and the rest goes into the Clan Treasury for officers to handle.

The Clan Treasury menu is where those shared drops get sorted. A material such as Core of Evolution can either be listed on the marketplace to convert it into currency, or posted to the clan so members can take it directly. Diamonds sitting in the treasury are then handed out according to how much each member contributed.

Contribution is measured during the fight itself, so the damage meters you see mid-raid are effectively the payout table forming in real time.

What clearing Angbar Arena unlocks

The raid is not just a loot faucet. Clearing Angbar Arena on Normal difficulty opens the Middle Zone of the Giant’s Tower to every member of the clan, which is otherwise locked off — the Lower Zone only asks for level 37, and the High Zone is reserved for clans holding a Shard in Monolith Conquest.

First-time raid clears also register under Server First Chronicles in the Events menu, where clan achievements are tracked, and the Clan Expedition tab carries related clan objectives such as Unbending Will. For a clan working through progression content, a Normal clear is the gate worth prioritising with those three weekly attempts.
