Tiny Adventure: Part 4 is an Exploration side quest in Where Winds Meet, set in the Kaifeng region. It tasks you with sneaking into the Zhao mansion to retrieve a Brocade Bag for Elder Zhan. Unlocking it requires completing two specific quests beforehand, and the mission itself involves stealth platforming, dog avoidance, and a bit of eavesdropping.
Quick answer: Complete both Tiny Adventure: Part 3 and Veiled Blades, then check your in-game mail for a message from Elder Zhan and speak with him near the Goldwater Street Boundary Stone in Prosperity Haven, Kaifeng.

Unlock Requirements for Tiny Adventure: Part 4
Two quests must be finished before this one becomes available. Tiny Adventure: Part 3 is the direct predecessor in the chain, and Veiled Blades is a separate Jianghu Legacy quest line also located in Kaifeng. Both must show as completed in your quest log.
Once both are done, Elder Zhan sends you a letter through the in-game mail system. Open it, then teleport to the Goldwater Street Boundary Stone in Prosperity Haven. Elder Zhan is waiting nearby — speak with him to officially start the quest.
From Elder Zhan’s location, cross the street toward the scaffolding on the opposite side. Use the Contortion Mystic Skill to slip through the crack in the wall and enter the mansion grounds.
Once inside, pass under the straw curtain and follow the path to the end. You will reach another narrow passage — slip through it, but be cautious. A guard dog is patrolling on the other side.
From the ledge, navigate to the pointed rock ahead. Drop down to the fountain, then hop across the rocks toward the building. Sprint toward the boxes to stay clear of the dogs, and enter the room.
Inside the room, step into the gold waypoint to trigger a cutscene revealing the Brocade Bag’s hiding spot. Follow the updated waypoint and search behind the chests to find the item labeled Zhao Pu’s Precious.
Travel to the Forsaken Quarter and follow the quest waypoint to Elder Zhan’s new location. Eavesdrop on his conversation with his mother. Once the dialogue ends, the quest completes.
Note: The stealth sections do not have combat. If a dog detects you, you will likely fail and need to retry the approach, so patience with timing is important.

Where Tiny Adventure: Part 4 Fits in the Quest Chain
The Tiny Adventure series is a multi-part Exploration quest line introduced in Version 1.3 (Spring’s Bliss). Part 4 sits between Part 3 and Part 5. Finishing Part 4 is required to unlock Tiny Adventure: Part 5, the next entry in the chain. If you have not yet completed Part 3 or the Veiled Blades quest line, those are your immediate priorities before attempting this quest.
All five parts of the Tiny Adventure chain are available in the Kaifeng region and reward a mix of Echo Jade, Coins, EXP, and Exploration points, making the full series a worthwhile investment for players looking to push their Kaifeng Exploration level higher.
