Ice Tycoon 2: How to Get the Square, Triangle, and Circle Trophies

Trophies are the gate to finishing your tycoon in Ice Tycoon 2. There are three of them — Square, Triangle, and Circle — and each one is grabbed from a pedestal after you buy a matching shop unlock. Collecting all three lets you place their water upgrades in the laboratory and opens the door to Rebirth.

Quick answer: Buy the black rock (1k) and take the roof of the hotel for the Square Trophy, buy the crystal (3k) and clear the Super Cold -30 zone for the Triangle Trophy, then buy the 10k crystal and win two army battles at the castle for the Circle Trophy.

What each trophy costs and unlocks

Every trophy starts with a purchase from a shopkeeper and ends with a lab upgrade that boosts your water output. The Circle Trophy is the strongest of the three because it doubles the water your first two upgrades produce.

Note: Trophies do not carry over. Executing a Rebirth wipes all three, so you have to grab them again on every new run.

Square Trophy: the hotel roof

Buy the black rock item from the shopkeeper for 1,000$. This is the unlock that lets you start the route toward the first pedestal.

Head into the first cold zone and get past the obstacle in your way. Keep moving until you reach the hotel building.

Climb the marble stairs, cut through the dining area, and take a second set of stairs into the blue-floor room. Jump onto the brown bed, then the white shelf, to reach the upper level.

Run through the maze corridor with green walls and the checkered floor, then jump across the three floating black platforms to reach the roof. Approach the pedestal holding the yellow Square Trophy and press E to grab it.

Triangle Trophy: the Super Cold -30 zone

Return to the shopkeeper and buy the Upgrade Crystal for 3,000$. A notice confirms you can now explore colder areas, which is required for this route.

Follow the stone path through the grassy area into the snow. You will pass a signpost reading “WARNING Super Cold -30,” which marks the correct direction.

Reach the wooden platform with green buttons on the floor. Step on the green buttons to fire the cannons, which shoot blue spikes that clear the obstacles and chests blocking the path.

Once the path is clear, cross the grassy field and the wooden bridge over the blue stream. Climb the stone platform to the pedestal and press E to grab the Triangle Trophy.

Circle Trophy: winning the castle battles

This is the most expensive trophy to earn because you fund an army to clear two enemy waves. Come in with a strong cash reserve — around 40k to 50k for the first gate, and 60k to 80k to be safe at the harder second gate.

Buy the crystal for 10,000$ to unlock the Circle Trophy route, then go to the gray stone castle courtyard where the enemy army is waiting.

Use the wall buttons to build your force. Buy Recruit costs 200$ and Buy Knight costs 1,000$. Spawn a large mix of troops before you commit.

Press the red Attack button and confirm with E Charge to send your army at the first wave. Let them fight and push past the battle toward the second gate.

Buy more recruits and knights at the second gate, then Attack again. This is the harder wave, so bring the larger cash cushion.

After the second army falls, run through the open gate into the green room. Grab the Circle Trophy from its pedestal with E.

How to confirm the trophies worked

Each grab prompt disappears once you claim the pedestal, and the trophy becomes available to place in your laboratory. Set the Square Trophy for the Water Tree, the Triangle Trophy for the Rain Cloud, and the Circle Trophy for the Water Upgrader. When the Circle Trophy is placed on its pedestal, your water collector should show the doubled output from the two earlier upgrades.

With all three collected and placed, you meet the trophy requirement for Rebirth. Hold off on resetting until you have earned everything you still want from the current run, since the trophies vanish the moment you rebirth and have to be gathered again from scratch.
