Infinity Nikki version 2.5 brings five outfits that any player can claim without spending a single pull or stellarite. The headline freebie is Slumber by Blossoms, the first entry in a new Legendary outfit category that sits apart from the usual Miracle outfits. The rest of the lineup splits across story progression, event tasks, Cadenceborn bonding, random quests, and region exploration in the new Boneyard area.

Slumber by Blossoms (5-star Legendary outfit)

Slumber by Blossoms is the first outfit in a new Legendary category, which sits separately from Miracle outfits in the wardrobe. It ties directly to the version 2.5 main story, so the path to it runs through the narrative rather than events or banners.

Step 1: Play through the Where All Souls Return main quest once 2.5 goes live. The story unlocks the outfit's sketches inside the Itzaland Heart of Infinity.

Step 2: Open the Heart of Infinity, claim the unlocked sketches, and craft each of the nine pieces using the materials shown on the crafting screen.

Step 3: Glow up the outfit through its four evolutions — Flourishing, Tidecall, Evenfall, and Sunward — to reach the full final appearance.

Whispered Dreams (4-star ability outfit)

Whispered Dreams comes from bonding with Ian the Cadenceborn, the same system that previously gave out Deepwood Dream and Feathery Song. Offering Dews of Inspiration raises Ian's level and unlocks sketches at set milestones. The same track also hands out Momo's Cloak: Soulheal.

Step 1: Collect Dews of Inspiration during open-world play. They drop from activities across Itzaland once 2.5 is live.

Step 2: Visit Ian the Cadenceborn and hand the Dews over to raise the bond level. Sketches for Whispered Dreams and the Soulheal cloak appear at the listed milestones.

Step 3: Craft every piece from the sketches, then evolve the set through Whispered Dreams: Covenant and finish at Whispered Dreams: Dreamwish for the full glow-up.

Verdant Chord (4-star event outfit)

Verdant Chord is the reward track of the Tales of Itzaland II event. The event stays available permanently after 2.5, so there's no hard deadline to finish it, though an end date may be announced in a later patch.

Step 1: Open the event menu after the 2.5 update and pick up Tales of Itzaland II. Each task completed contributes Travel Insights to the shared pool.

Step 2: Work through the task list to earn enough Travel Insights for the outfit sketches, the full Verdant Chord set, and bonus Diamonds on the way.

Step 3: Craft the pieces, then evolve into Verdant Chord: Woven Melody, and finally Verdant Chord: New Life for the glow-up.

Chromatic Comet (3-star random quest outfit)

Chromatic Comet is tied to Curio Domain random quests introduced in 2.5. It's a permanent reward track, so the sketches keep rolling in as you clear the relevant quests.

Step 1: Travel to the Curio Domain area after updating. Random quests in that zone are marked on the map and rotate as you clear them.

Step 2: Clear the Curio Domain random quests until every Chromatic Comet sketch drops. Crafting completes the set.

Unfettered Meadow (3-star Boneyard outfit)

Unfettered Meadow is the exploration reward for Boneyard, the new region added in 2.5. It comes from the Styling Faction challenges scattered around that zone.

Step 1: Head into Boneyard once it opens up and activate Warp Spires so the Styling Faction challenges appear on the map.

Step 2: Clear the Styling Faction challenges to pick up Unfettered Meadow sketches, then craft each piece at your crafting station.

How outfit sketches and crafting work

Most free outfits in Infinity Nikki arrive as sketches rather than ready-to-wear clothing. You need to gather the listed materials and craft each of the nine pieces before the outfit shows up fully in the wardrobe. Sketches live under the Sketches menu, and unlocked 5-star sets also appear inside the Heart of Infinity.

Evolutions work the same way across all 2.5 free outfits that support them. Each glow-up stage needs its own set of materials, and the Legendary set (Slumber by Blossoms) goes through four stages in total, matching standard 5-star progression.

How to confirm each outfit is unlocked

You'll know an outfit is in your account when its full nine-piece set appears in the Compendium with no greyed-out slots. For evolution stages, the glow-up version appears as a separate entry once all materials are submitted. Ian's rewards show up in your mail or inventory immediately after hitting the required bond level, and event rewards from Tales of Itzaland II drop into the event claim screen rather than directly into the wardrobe.
