The Infiltration mission opens LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight with Bruce Wayne training under Ra's al Ghul, and it doubles as a tutorial for the game's new collectible system. Five Bonsai Tree pieces combine into a single Batcave trophy, and a Red Brick tucked behind a pressure-plate puzzle unlocks a permanent modifier. Anything missed can be picked up later by replaying the level from the Batcomputer.
Bonsai Tree locations
The five Bonsai Tree fragments are placed in story order, so you can grab them all on a single clean run without backtracking. Each one is highlighted by a short trail of gold studs when you're close.

Collecting all five completes the Bonsai Tree as a decorative model you can place inside the Batcave.
Red Brick location (Ninja modifier)
The Red Brick is hidden just after you fire the ballista/catapult section. Instead of taking the obvious route up to fight the ninja, hug the right side of the cliff to find a hole in the wall leading to a sealed puzzle room.
Step 1: After firing the ballista, climb along the ledge, but ignore the ninja above. Continue right along the grapple path until you reach a drop-down at the cliff edge.
Step 2: Drop down and crawl through the hole in the wall. You'll enter a small chamber with four pressure plates on the floor and two statues at the back.
Step 3: Switch on detective vision to highlight two nearby books. Pick them up and drop one on each of two pressure plates.
Step 4: Stand on the remaining two plates with both characters (your co-op partner or AI ally). The Red Brick will appear between the statues for you to collect.
This Red Brick unlocks a new suit customization color usable on every character once activated from the Batcomputer's Extras menu.
Confirming completion
You'll know the mission is fully cleared when the level summary screen shows 5/5 Bonsai Tree pieces and the Red Brick icon is ticked. Missing pieces remain tracked on the Batcomputer, where you can jump back into Infiltration via free play to mop up anything left behind.
