Speed and Strength are the two stats that decide how fast you move and how far you push through the lifting gates in Lift Rock For Eggs, the simulator by Crazay Future. Both are trained on your own farm plot using separate pieces of gym equipment, and both climb faster once you equip a trail that adds a training percentage on top of your gains.

Quick answer: Run on the treadmill for Speed and use the bench press for Strength on your farm plot, then equip the Leaf Drift trail (+100% Training) to roughly double every point you earn.

Train Speed on the treadmill

Speed is handled entirely by the treadmill sitting on your personal farm plot, marked overhead as “Your farm.” Step onto it and your character runs in place, passively feeding your speed stat without any button mashing.

Each cycle on the treadmill awards +3 Speed and slowly builds speed multiplier badges that climb from x1.1 up to x2. The longer you stay on it, the higher that multiplier stacks, so leaving your avatar running is the simplest way to grow the stat over time.

Train Strength on the bench press

Strength comes from the bench press barbell station, which sits on the same farm plot next to the treadmill. Each repetition on the bench adds +3 Strength and builds bicep multiplier badges that rise up to x2.2.

Strength is the stat gates actually check, so this is where most of your grinding time goes. Keep the multiplier climbing by staying on the bench, and the point total per rep grows alongside it.

Equip a trail to boost training

Trails add a flat percentage on top of everything you earn at both stations, so buying one is the single biggest change to how fast your stats grow. Visit the “Buy Trails” booth on the plot to see the starter options.

TrailRarityCostTraining boost
Ghost DashCommonFree (default)+0%
Leaf DriftUncommon$5,000 or 29 Robux+100%
Splash WaveRare$75,000+150%

Leaf Drift is the practical early buy at $5,000 in-game cash, since it doubles your training gains for a price you can reach without spending Robux. Splash Wave pushes the bonus to +150% but costs $75,000, so most players save for it later.

You know the purchase worked when the on-screen message reads “Unlocked Leaf Drift! +100% Training” and the trail shows as Equipped in the menu.

Strength thresholds at the world gates

Each world gate holds a “LIFT” bar that fills as you lift at it, and you only pass once your Strength meets the requirement. These thresholds are what turn your bench-press grinding into actual progress across biomes.

AreaMain lift requirementBonus lift
Meadow10,000 Strength300,000
Desert50,000 Strength1.2M

Clearing the 10,000 Meadow bar opens the gate into the Desert, which then puts a 50,000 Strength bar in front of you. Each “INSTA LIFT!” bonus station lets you skip a bonus rock lift instantly for 9 Robux, but the main lift bars are cleared through normal Strength.

How Rebirth affects your Strength

Rebirth is a separate system that trades your Strength for a money multiplier. The first Rebirth needs 1,000 Strength and raises your money rate from x1 to x1.5.

Rebirthing resets your base Strength back to 0 unless you take the “Skip Rebirth KEEP STRENGTH!” option, so weigh the money boost against the Strength you would lose before confirming it.

With Leaf Drift equipped and both stations running, your Speed and Strength climb steadily enough to clear the Meadow gate and move into the Desert. Keep the treadmill and bench busy, chase the higher multipliers, and step up to Splash Wave once you can afford the $75,000 tag.
