Codes must be entered from the Hangar screen, and the tutorial has to be finished first before the promo code menu unlocks.
A confirmation message signals a successful redemption, and the rewards either land in your in-game inbox or get added to your inventory automatically the next time you open the game.
How to redeem codes on the Plarium portal
Codes can also be claimed through Plarium’s browser-based redemption page, which is useful if the in-game menu isn’t loading. This method requires your Player ID, found on your profile screen beneath your username.

New-player codes versus all-player codes
Mech Arena splits its codes into two categories. New-player codes only work on accounts created within the last 72 hours, can be redeemed once per account, and tend to include the biggest rewards, such as a ranked mech alongside Credits and a Prodigy Crate. All-player codes work on any account, new or veteran, as long as the code is still active, but still follow the one-code-per-day limit and usually grant Credits, skins, or crafting materials rather than a full mech.
