Only one code can be redeemed per day across the whole account, so pace yourself instead of trying to enter several at once. Working through the new/returning player codes first is smart if you qualify, since that group expires within 24 hours of starting or returning to the game rather than on a fixed calendar date.
How to redeem Mech Arena codes
Code redemption only becomes available after finishing the in-game tutorial. Once your Hangar is unlocked, the process takes less than a minute.

Where new Mech Arena codes get announced
Plarium posts fresh codes on the official Mech Arena X account and occasionally through the Mech Arena forum. Since only one redemption is allowed per day, working through the oldest codes first reduces the chance of losing one to expiration before you get to it.
