Outposts are the fastest way to grow income in Military Army Tycoon, the Roblox base-builder from Battle Action. Each neutral flag on the map is guarded by enemy NPCs, and taking one adds a permanent boost to everything your base earns. You cannot rush them solo at the start — the capture chain runs through your droppers, your Barrack, and the radio tool that gives your soldiers orders.
Quick answer: Build droppers for cash, buy the Barrack, recruit a Pistol Squad, equip the radio, set the order to Follow, walk to a neutral flag, then switch to Attack and clear the NPCs. A banner reading “Tent Camp has been captured! (+10% Income)” confirms it worked.
Income setup: Droppers, paths, and the collector
The economy is a standard tycoon loop. Droppers spawn crates, paths carry them along a conveyor, and the collector at the end of the line converts them into cash. Your first dropper is free, so buy it immediately, then add paths and a second dropper before spending on anything else.
Stand on the green collection pad next to the conveyor to bank what has piled up. Cash sitting on the belt does nothing for you, and the Barrack purchase point costs $950 — you will be collecting a few times before you can afford it.

Progress saves automatically, so you can leave and pick the base back up later without losing the droppers and buildings you have already unlocked.

Add to Google Preferences →Recruit a squad at the Barrack
The Barrack is bought in two stages — the foundation first, then the building itself. Once it is standing, walk inside to reach the recruitment menu, where the squad tiers are listed.

Pistol Squad is the entry tier and the one you can afford first. The remaining tiers unlock as your base income grows.
| Squad | Role in the capture chain |
|---|---|
| Pistol Squad | Starting infantry; enough for the first neutral outpost |
| Rifle Squad | Next step up in sustained damage |
| SMG Squad | Close-range pressure on defenders |
| Breacher Squad | Assault tier for contested points |
| Reaper | Top tier listed in the Barrack |
The Barrack menu also holds squad upgrades. Health and damage are bought separately per squad, and pushing both before you attempt the Centre makes a noticeable difference to how many soldiers survive the fight.
Radio orders: Attack, Hold, Follow, Retreat
Recruited soldiers do nothing on their own. Equip the radio tool and open the Orders panel to command them in real time. Four commands are available, and switching between them mid-fight is the whole tactical layer of the game.
| Order | What the squad does |
|---|---|
| Follow | Trails you across the map; use this for travel |
| Attack | Engages nearby enemy NPCs |
| Hold | Stays in position, useful for guarding a captured flag or your base gate |
| Retreat | Pulls the squad back out of a losing fight |

How the +10% income bonus stacks
Each captured location adds its own +10% to your income, and the bonuses are cumulative. Taking all three of the early outposts leaves you running at a meaningfully higher rate than a base with none.
| Outpost | Bonus | Suggested order |
|---|---|---|
| Tent Camp | +10% income | First, with a base Pistol Squad |
| Small Town | +10% income | Second, after adding droppers and walls |
| Centre | +10% income | Last, after squad health and damage upgrades |
Gear that makes captures easier
Your personal contribution matters, because the squad alone will struggle at the tougher flags. Weapon pads inside the base upgrade you from the starting Glock-17 to the AK-47 Rifle, which shortens fights considerably. The Officer Uniform is a separate purchase point in the base.

The Pumpjack is built outside the base walls and generates passive income independently of your conveyor line, so it keeps paying while you are away fighting. Rebirth becomes available at a cost of $250K.
Defending the base while your squad is out
Enemy soldiers push your base entrance, and an undefended gate is the usual reason a run stalls. Walls and gates are purchasable structures, and leaving part of your force on Hold near the entrance keeps the income line running while you are away.

Note: Joining the developer group grants a free in-game boost, which is worth doing before your first session rather than after.
Servers hold six players, and the experience is rated Moderate for light blood and mild violence. If you want to run through the capture loop yourself, the game sits under Simulation on the Military Army Tycoon Roblox page.
