Seer is billed as a support class in Mistfall Hunter, but renouncing its oath swaps the catalyst for a mace and turns it into the Blasphemer, an aggressive melee caster. Instead of shielding and healing a squad, the Blasphemer converts Curse Mana into damage, sustains itself through its attacks, and keeps constant pressure on other players. The build below leans fully into that offensive side.
Quick answer: Choose the Blasphemer oath at camp, equip an attack ring and attack necklace for Magic Damage, and run Rune: Drain, Rune: Sweep, Rune: Stun, Paralysis Curse, and Impact Sigil. Prioritize the Stoic and Tenacious affixes to level 5 for self-healing, then stack Fervor for damage.
Pick the Blasphemer oath before the match starts
The most important decision happens in the lobby, not in combat. Seer pledges either the Reverent catalyst path or the Blasphemer mace path before a run begins, and you cannot switch mid-match. If you want the melee damage dealer, you commit to Blasphemer at camp and give up the pure healer identity for the rest of the run.
That trade is worth understanding. Blasphemer is the solo and PvP-leaning path, while Reverent is close to mandatory in a coordinated trio as the game’s only dedicated healer. Plenty of Seer players are still weighing which oath to open with.

Gear: attack ring and attack necklace only
The goal is to maximize Seer’s damage output, so both jewelry slots go to attack pieces. One detail matters here: Blasphemer’s attacks deal Magic Damage, not physical. Physical damage rings and necklaces do nothing for this build, so make sure the pieces you slot feed magic scaling.
You can also add affixes to the build outside of your gear. Talk to Sigrid and customize a brew from her Victory Wine menu to bolt extra affixes onto your loadout for a run.

Affix priority for damage and survivability
Because a mace fights up close, the affixes have to cover both offense and staying alive. Level Stoic, Tenacious, and Fervor to 5 first, then spend leftover points on the rest. The table lays out what each one does and how much attention it deserves.
| Affix | Effect | Priority |
|---|---|---|
| Stoic | Raises Physical and Magic Resistance below 50% HP. At level 5 it also restores 15% Health when HP drops below 30%, on a 120-second cooldown. | Priority |
| Tenacious | Increases the healing Seer receives, stacking with the build’s other heals. Push it to level 5, then only add more if you have spare slots. | Priority |
| Fervor | Each hit adds Magic Damage for 3 seconds, stacking up to 5 times. At level 5, having 3 or more stacks grants Defense Penetration. | Important |
| Blessing | Extends buff duration, which keeps Zeal and other pickups active longer. Upgrade it after Stoic, Tenacious, and Fervor hit 5. | Important |
| Strife | Increases Melee Weapon Damage, with a per-nearby-enemy bonus after level 5. Since you fight in melee, this passive stays active most of the fight. | Good |
| Seamless | Reduces skill cooldowns, so Zeal comes back up more often. Fill leftover slots with it. | Good |
Note: Zeal is the state you want to keep uptime on. Entering it raises Attack and Defense, but Curse Mana stops recovering automatically while it is active, so cooldown reduction from Seamless and the extended duration from Blessing both feed the same goal of cycling Zeal more often.
Runes are the core of the Blasphemer
Runes drive the whole kit. Using a Rune skill coats the mace in a magic aura, and once you collect six Curse Mana stacks, the basic Rune: Heavy Strike is replaced by the enchanted rune you selected. Each rune serves a different job, so you swap coatings depending on what you are fighting.
| Rune | When to use it |
|---|---|
| Drain | The heart of the build. It deals heavy damage, heals Seer based on damage dealt, and lowers the target’s Attack. Best against other players for sustained fights. |
| Sweep | Swap to this against monsters, where Drain heals almost nothing. Sweep hits harder in that context. |
| Stun | Makes Seer leap forward and stun the enemy hit. Use it to chase down players trying to escape. |

Paralysis Curse and Impact Sigil
Two utility skills round out the bar and both are built for catching people who try to disengage.
Paralysis Curse is a ranged attack you can fire up to four times in a short window. Landing three hits on the same enemy stuns them, which is how you stop a target from escaping or from healing after a dodge. You can swap it for Thorn Sigil to immobilize instead, but players can often dodge out of that AoE, so Paralysis Curse tends to be the more reliable pick.
Impact Sigil pulls enemies toward Seer and briefly staggers them, opening a window for a free hit or two. Aim it manually. The auto-aim is clunky and will not reliably place it behind a target.

Talent picks
The talent spread reinforces the loop: keep Zeal active, get more from your rune attacks, and sustain through the fight. Run Ferocity, Relentless, Divine Power, Extract, Electrocution, Bloodlust, Internal Injury, and Mastery. Ferocity and Divine Power support the Zeal side, while Internal Injury and Mastery upgrade Impact Sigil’s pressure.
Put together, this loadout lets Seer heal off its own damage while never really pausing to recover, which is what makes the Blasphemer such a persistent threat in duels. Fill Curse Mana, enter Zeal, coat the mace with Drain, and use Stun and Impact Sigil to keep enemies from slipping away. If you are dropping into a monster-heavy run instead, swap Drain for Sweep and treat the rest of the kit exactly the same.
