Hallowgrove is the open forest map that every Gyldhunter can drop into from the start, and it is the most forgiving place to build up loot in Mistfall Hunter. It has a low entry requirement, no shrinking mist zone forcing you to keep moving, and a handful of dense points of interest that reward a quick, disciplined run.
Quick answer: On Hallowgrove Normal, prioritize Supreme Hall (boss plus strong general loot), Einherjar Ship Grave (locked area and locked chests), and whichever of Frostwind Path or Pioneer Gates sits closer to those two. Skip the Divine Anchor at the start because it turns into a contested fight later, and extract as soon as your bag is worth more than another lap.
Why Hallowgrove is the map to farm first
Hallowgrove is unlocked from the very beginning, and you can run it solo or with two teammates. There are two difficulties available. Normal keeps things calm enough to search and slip away, while Chaos layers on extra modifiers and much harder enemies.
For farming, Normal is the right pick. It has no minimum gear value, accepts Excellent-or-lower equipment quality, and allows Novice, Advanced, and Pro combat bags. That makes it the natural place to rebuild after a bad run without risking your best gear.

The five points of interest to hit
Your starting position is random based on where you spawn, so plan your loop around the objectives rather than a fixed entry point. A small set of POIs consistently returns the most value, and three of them should sit at the top of every run.

Supreme Hall is the anchor of the run. Clearing its boss opens up the best general loot on the map, so it is worth committing to when the area is quiet. If you spawn far from it, chain toward it through the nearer of Frostwind Path or Pioneer Gates so you are not crossing the whole map twice.
Einherjar Ship Grave and its locked chests
Einherjar Ship Grave holds a locked area and locked chests, which means the biggest payouts here sit behind a key. You can buy the matching key from the shop and carry it in your inventory before you queue, or you can find keys as ordinary loot during a run if you get lucky. Bringing the key in advance removes the guesswork.
The same locked-area logic applies to a few other spots on the map, so a key is rarely wasted. If you sense a squad has already moved in, skip the POI. Dying with an empty bag is a worse outcome than leaving one locked chest behind.
When to avoid the Divine Anchor
The Divine Anchor is the central landmark of Hallowgrove and it holds the richest loot, but that also makes it the most contested spot on the map late in a match. Do not push it at the start of a run. Enemy density around the relic climbs as the match goes on, and it draws both PvE pressure and other hunters.
Use the Anchor as a reference point instead. Favor the areas to its right, since more exploration objectives cluster on that side, even though there are good POIs to its left as well. Treat the Anchor itself as a high-risk detour, not a guaranteed stop.
Extract before you get greedy
Loot only counts once it leaves the map. Extraction on Hallowgrove is straightforward compared with other zones, so identify your nearest exit early and start moving toward it the moment your bag holds something worth protecting.
The most profitable Hallowgrove sessions come from surviving several short runs in a row rather than gambling everything on one long lap. Hit Supreme Hall and Einherjar Ship Grave, grab the closer of Frostwind Path or Pioneer Gates, leave the Divine Anchor for when the map is quiet, and get out while the loot is still yours.
