Noel is the resident flirt of Moonlight Peaks, a warlock from the Webb family and the character who teaches you to fish early on. Under the bravado is someone far more self-conscious, and winning him over comes down to steady gifting, hitting the right heart thresholds, and answering his heart events the way he wants.
Quick answer: Give Noel mana-infused food and drinks, a Diamond, or a Golden Egg to raise hearts. At 4 hearts pick Invite → Ask on Date to start dating, at 8 hearts propose at the end of a successful date, and at 10 hearts agree to turn him into a vampire to unlock his 11th heart.
Relationship milestones for Noel
Hearts unlock in order, and each one opens a new option in Noel’s relationship. You raise them by talking to him daily and handing over gifts he likes. The table below shows what becomes available at each stage.

At the wedding, the town’s witches and vampires gather to watch. When Llemi asks if you take Noel as your spouse, you can still say no and walk away. After you say yes, Noel moves onto your farm. There is no option to have children with him.

Noel is built around mana. Anything mana-infused lands as a loved gift, and Diamonds and Golden Eggs work as high-value staples. The important trap to avoid is flowers. Unlike most residents in town, Noel does not like them, so skip the obvious romantic pick. Fish work as a cheap liked fallback that fits his angler personality.

You can give one gift per day. Open the relationship screen after handing something over to confirm the reaction, which is stored in the last-eight-gift history. A loved gift shows a heart, a liked gift shows a star. His birthday is Spring 23, when any gift counts for extra points.
Tip: You will usually find Noel fishing on the dock outside his house, or at the small shorefront near his sister Fiona’s place. Check the map for his icon if he is not at either spot.
All Noel heart events and best answers
Heart events trigger once you cross each threshold and meet the extra condition attached to it. Some only fire after you start dating or marry Noel, so hitting the heart count alone is not always enough.

A Live One and The First Date
Noel stops you on a bridge in the Moonlit Pines and opens with his full flirting routine, calling you “a live one.” Pushing back on the act works better than being flattered along, so pick “You’re pretty confident, aren’t you?” and then “I like the sound of that. It’s a date.” The scene ends with him promising a real date soon.
The next day, Noel is waiting outside your house for The First Date. He sets up a candlelit dinner at the heart pier and admits there is more depth to him than the flirting suggests. Your character is put off by the overload and leaves. Note that completing this does not change your status to “dating,” even though it plays out as a date.
The Wrong Foot
Entering town at 4 hearts, Noel jumps out near his house to apologize and ask for another chance. Sabrina then appears and scolds him for coming on too strong. She asks whether you are interested. Choose “Yeah, I think I am” to keep spending time together. Even so, your status will not switch to “dating” automatically, so you still have to select Invite → Ask on Date yourself.
Disappearing Act
This event only fires after you are officially dating. Noel is in Misty Shores looking for his pet owl, Hoodini, and trying to hide his panic. Offer to help with “We’ll find her. I promise.” He points you to the Graveyard, where Death tells you Hoodini flew north toward town with another owl. Head into town to find Hoodini nesting with Albertus by a bench, which puts Noel at ease.
The Real Noel
At 8 hearts, Hoodini leaves a letter on your doorstep asking you to meet Noel at the campfire in town. Agree, and the scene moves to the fire where Noel drops the act and confesses his real feelings, saying he wants to take things seriously.
A Spellbound Meadow
This one only unlocks after marriage. Noel takes you and Hoodini to a picnic spot in the Moonlit Pines and asks your favorite flower, with Tulips, Roses, Azaleas, and Plumerias as options. Whatever you pick, he casts a spell that makes dozens of that flower bloom instantly around the picnic.
Can You Bite Me?
At 10 hearts, Noel waits on your doorstep and asks to be turned into a vampire so he can stay with you forever. If you agree, the scene moves to the Crypt, you bite him, and he becomes a vampire. From that point he grows fangs that appear in his portrait, his 11th heart unlocks, and his status becomes Vampire Spouse. If you decline, he backs off, the 11th heart stays locked, and his hearts cap at 10.
How to break up or divorce Noel
Ending things runs entirely through Llemi. If you are still in the dating phase (4+ hearts), talk to Llemi and pick the “Break Up” option. If you are married (8+ hearts), talk to Llemi and choose “I want to divorce Noel.”
Keep the gifting steady, avoid flowers, and answer each heart event by calling out Noel’s bravado rather than feeding it. Do that and the flirt who introduced you to fishing eventually becomes a spouse, or a Vampire Spouse if you take that last bite.
