Murderers VS Sheriffs Events Schedule: Recent Updates and What’s Next

Murderers VS Sheriffs doesn’t have an event on the calendar right now. Its two most recent updates both leaned into Halloween — a seasonal battle pass, then a follow-up drop of spooky bundles and holiday gifts — and the later of the two closed on Saturday, October 17, 2026. One of Roblox’s busiest dueling experiences, the knife-and-gun mode has drawn about 2,000,000,000 lifetime visits and about 17,000,000 favorites, and it still fills matches by the tens of thousands — about 23,000 players were dueling recently.

October ran on a steady weekly rhythm. The Halloween event opened the month on October 3 with a 20-tier seasonal pass, and a week later the GIFTS+INFECTION update took over with new bundles, collectible gifts and a limited Infection mode. Each ran for seven days and handed off at 4:00 PM ET on a Saturday.

Nothing past October 17 has been announced yet. If that weekly Saturday rhythm holds, the next update would be due around this weekend. The three Halloween gifts from the most recent drop are also set to open on October 31, giving players a reason to check back near the end of the month. The sections below cover what just ran and what to watch for.

Last updated October 27. We update this page as the schedule changes.

Gifts and Infection update (ended October 17)

The GIFTS+INFECTION update was the most recent drop, running from 4:00 PM ET on Saturday, October 10, 2026 to 4:00 PM ET on Saturday, October 17, 2026 and drawing nearly 14,000 interested players — the biggest turnout of the month. It centered on a limited Duskwing bundle that paired the Duskwing Fang knife with the Duskwing shotgun, sold only for that week. Three Halloween gifts — the Stitched Up Gift, the Purrfect Gift and the Gift of the Eye — could be collected with Pumpkins, all of them set to open on October 31. The update also launched a limited-time Infection mode as a new twist on the usual duels and refreshed the clan weapon so clans could work toward a new reward.

Halloween event (ended October 10)

The month opened with the Halloween event, a seasonal battle pass that ran from 4:00 PM ET on Saturday, October 3, 2026 to 4:00 PM ET on Saturday, October 10, 2026 and pulled more than 10,000 interested players. Its 20-tier pass stacked up seasonal rewards — 13 weapons, 4 death effects and 3 emotes in all. Early tiers handed out themed knives like the Jack o Blade, Hallow’s Harvest and Sweet Revenge, while the later stretch locked away the rarer pulls: the Mythic Spiritstorm gun, the Hallow’s Tyrant knife, a Mythic Vampiric pistol and the Ancient Skeletal Scythe knife. Finishing the pass claimed the matching Ancient Crimson Severance knife and Crimson Haunt gun, with death effects such as Ghost Haunt and Spooky Night and emotes like Zombie Walk and Skeleton Dance spread across the tiers.
