MW4 DMZ Secret Casino Vault Location (Sewer Route from Cheongun Village)

The Heavenly Luck Casino in Cheongun Village dominates the skyline in MW4 DMZ, and walking through the front door means walking into a High threat zone full of guards. There is a quieter way in. A flooded sewer tunnel runs from the police station next door straight into the casino’s underground parking. It ends at a caged security gate looking directly into the casino vault.

Quick answer: Enter the police station just west of the casino, take the stairs to the basement, and drop into the Casino Sewers. Swim forward, then follow the hallway into the Heavenly Luck Casino Parking and climb the stairs on your right.

Secret casino vault location in Cheongun Village

The vault sits below the Heavenly Luck Casino in Cheongun Village, in grid square F4 on the Hajin Tac Map. Your starting point is the village police station, the building directly to the west (left on the Tac Map) of the casino. The whole run takes about a minute once you are inside the station, and the HUD names each area as you enter it.

Sewer route from the police station to the casino vault

Open the Tac Map and find the police station beside the Heavenly Luck Casino. It is the building immediately west of the casino, close enough that the two look like neighbors on the map.

Enter the police station and clear it. Armed hostiles are posted inside, including one near the doorway that leads to the stairwell, so expect a fight before you can head down.

Descend via the station’s interior stairs, continuing until you arrive at the basement’s lowest floor.

Drop through the large hole in the concrete floor. It leads into the flooded corridor, and the HUD switches to Casino Sewers once you land.

Swim straight ahead down the submerged tunnel. There are no turns to worry about. Just keep going forward until the water ends at a dry walkway.

Climb out onto the walkway and follow the hallway forward. Move slowly and scan the floor, because tripwires can be strung across this corridor. Jump over or go around any you spot.

Pass through the broken wall at the end of the hallway. On the other side is the casino’s underground garage, labelled HEAVENLY LUCK CASINO PARKING on the HUD, with forklifts and toolboxes scattered around.

Turn right and walk up the short set of stairs. At the top is a metal security cage gate that overlooks the casino vault.

You are in the right spot when the interact prompt on the gate reads DOOR UNLOCKS VIA SECURITY SYSTEM. That message confirms the gate cannot be opened by hand from where you are standing.

The casino shows High threat on the HUD, and the police station is not empty either. Bring enough ammo and plates for at least two fights before you reach the gate.

How the casino vault gate opens

The cage is controlled from the casino’s security cameras. During the Operation Silent Ledger Story Mission, the fence opens from a CCTV desk in penthouse security, not from the garage. That sequence looks like this:

Start the yellow portable generator in a dark room on the parking level to restore power.
Go to penthouse security and use Security Station – Parking Levels at the CCTV desk.
Cycle the cameras (A and D on PC) until one shows the caged vault area in the basement.
Look at the vault fence through the camera to open it.
Attach the drill to the vault door’s circular surface, then hold the area until drilling is complete.

A “Casino Vault Has Been Breached” banner appears when the drill completes. Inside are the printing plates for the mission and 12 optional cash bags tracked by the Cash Bags Secured side op. A truck parked near the vault lets you haul the bags to the exfil chopper instead of carrying them one at a time.

Don’t confuse this basement vault with the Counting Room Vault, which is a separate locked room on the casino’s main floor. That door shows a “HEAVENLY LUCK CASINO COUNTING ROOM – LOCKED” prompt and needs its own key, which Operation Silent Ledger awards as a mission reward. The sewer route is about the basement vault only. It gets you to the gate quietly and lets you look into the vault before anything inside is unlocked.
