Blackbird (Foretold Finale)
Blackbird is a new Psyche main DPS and the first limited S-Rank of the version. She is built to deal the bulk of a team’s damage while also handing out amplifications to allies, and she fights across two combat forms. Her board carries three cosmetic rewards you earn by pulling.

Lacrimosa (Fading Reverie)
Lacrimosa returns on a rerun board alongside Blackbird. She is a Chaos main DPS who leans on stacking negative status effects on enemies, and she pairs cleanly with Blackbird thanks to their attribute synergy. Her board offers its own cosmetic set.

Phase 2: Akane Rin
Akane Rin is the second new S-Rank of the update, arriving on the Dazzling Star board when the phase flips on October 21, 2026. She is a Lakshana character whose kit is built around music and rhythm, treating her guitar as a mid-to-long-range weapon that fires sound blades in AoE.
Her board’s cosmetic rewards have not been revealed yet. The featured A-Rank characters for the version are also still to be announced.
Signature Arcs in the Arc Research programs
Each headline character has a matching S-Rank signature Arc running as a limited-time Arc Research program next to their character board. Lacrimosa’s rerun brings back The Last Rose, which boosts damage-over-time and is her best-in-slot pick.

Special Issue Arc Research programs share pull counts and guaranteed-drop thresholds, so progress you spend on Blackbird’s Roostfeather Special in Phase 1 carries toward Akane’s Celestial Special in Phase 2.
How to verify the schedule in-game
Once maintenance clears on September 30, the Foretold Finale and Fading Reverie boards appear in the gacha menu with a live end timer counting toward October 21. When Phase 1 closes, those boards are replaced by Dazzling Star, which runs until the version ends on November 11. If a board is showing its countdown, it is currently pullable; if it has left the menu, that phase has ended.
