Neverness to Everness Events Running Now and What's Next in Version 1.1

Hethereau's event board is in transition mode right now. Version 1.0 Phase 2 is winding down with a handful of limited-time activities closing in the first week of June, and the 1.1 update rolls in immediately after with a much heavier slate of events stretching into July. Here's what's live, what's ending, and what's coming.

Quick answer: Whisker Patrol, Hourglass Perks, and Beyond the Rails all close between June 3 and June 4 (UTC+8). Version 1.1 launches June 3 with What's Baking, Underground Circuit, Sunward Travelogue, and The Long Dream running through July 8.

Active events ending in early June

The Phase 2 lineup is short but front-loaded with rewards tied to the Misty Tipsy Style banner and the Hotori release. Most of these deadlines land within a week, so anything left unclaimed by June 4 is gone.

EventEnds (UTC+8)What it does
Whisker PatrolJune 3, 4:59 AMEarn points by defeating Anomalies, Garuda members, and high-risk Anomalies across the city. Milestone rewards unlock at point thresholds.
Hourglass PerksJune 3, 5:59 AMTied to the Misty Tipsy Style banner. Pull milestones unlock a glider, a bike, and a Hotori skin.
Beyond the RailsJune 4, 5:59 AMHigh-difficulty challenge stage with set objectives. Unlocks at Hunter Level 12.
Zero's CompanionClosed May 27Floe Cinema Tickets and Fons from the daily-quest track. No longer claimable.

Whisker Patrol is the only one that resets your reward pace based on combat output, so leftover bounties on the open-world map are worth clearing before reset. Hourglass Perks is purely tied to pulls on the limited banner — if you're not pulling on Hotori, there's nothing here to claim.

Permanent events still worth clearing

A few events have no end date and persist until you hit their completion condition. They're the most reliable source of dice and annulith for newer accounts, so they sit above the limited stuff in priority if you're still ramping up.

Strange Encounters50 standard pullsFree S-class selector: pick one of Sakiri, Baicang, Hathor, Fadia, Daffodill, or Jiuyuan.

The 50-pull selector on the standard board is the single biggest power spike available to new players, so it's worth front-loading annulith into the standard board until you trigger it.

Version 1.1 events starting June 3

The 1.1 patch flips the event board over almost completely. Four new long-running events open on June 3 and all close together on July 8, with shorter side activities slotted in between. Lacrimosa headlines the limited banner during this window, with Chaos expected in Phase 2.

Fight ChampionshipJune 24 – July 8, 5:59
Pixel SurgeJune 26 – July 3, 4:59 (server time)

Beyond the Rails: Uncharted Circle is a refreshed run of the existing challenge stage with new layouts, opening a day after the base version closes. Fons Rush and Pixel Surge are the shortest windows in the batch, so they're worth pinning to a calendar if you care about full clears.

How to open the event page

The event hub is reachable from two places in the UI. The fastest route is the Event button in the upper-right corner of the main screen. You can also open it through the in-game Menu and pick Event from the list. Daily quests inside any event reset at 5:00 server time, so log in before that cutoff to avoid losing a day of progress.

📌
Tip: Pity carries between limited banners, so any rolls spent finishing Hourglass Perks on Hotori before June 3 translate directly into progress on Lacrimosa's board when 1.1 opens.

If you're still sitting on unspent annulith from launch week, the gap between Hotori closing and Lacrimosa opening is only a few hours on June 3 — plan around the maintenance window rather than the calendar date.
