NTE 999 Nights: Fuzzy Village Chest Locations

Every chest rarity you need to open in Fuzzy Village to reach 100% map completion in NTE's 999 Nights mode.

Every chest rarity you need to open in Fuzzy Village to reach 100% map completion in NTE’s 999 Nights mode.

Fuzzy Village is one of the explorable areas inside the 999 Nights mode of Neverness to Everness, and its chests are tied directly to 100% map completion. The chests here come in three rarities, and each one is tracked separately, so leaving a single container unopened will keep the map from reaching full completion.

Quick answer: Fuzzy Village holds ten chests in total, split into seven Common, two Valuable, and one Mysterious. Open all ten to clear the chest portion of the map’s completion tracker.

Fuzzy Village chest rarities and counts

The chests in Fuzzy Village are grouped by rarity rather than by district. Common chests make up the bulk of what you will collect, with a smaller number of higher-value containers mixed in. Use the breakdown below to confirm how many of each type you still need to open.

Chest rarityNumber in Fuzzy Village
Common Chest7
Valuable Chest2
Mysterious Chest1

Tip: The Mysterious Chest is the single rarest container in the village, so treat it as a priority target when you sweep the map. Missing it is a common reason players stall just short of full completion.

How to track every chest on the map

The most reliable way to find all ten chests is to work through the village with the Fuzzy Village interactive map open. Each chest is pinned with both an overworld view and a map view, and every marker can be toggled between checked and unchecked so you only see the containers you still need.

Open the interactive map’s chest layer and set the filter to show only unchecked markers. This hides anything you have already opened and leaves just your remaining targets on screen.
Match each marker to its overworld view, then travel to that spot in Fuzzy Village and open the chest. Work through the seven Common chests first, since they are the most numerous, then close out the two Valuable chests and the single Mysterious chest.
After each pickup, tick the marker off so the filter updates. When the unchecked view is empty, every chest in the village has been collected.

Fuzzy Village NPCs that support your run

A handful of named Fuzzy NPCs sit around the village and are worth noting while you clear chests, since they factor into the wider 100% completion for the area.

Confirming 100% chest completion

You know the chest portion of Fuzzy Village is finished when the unchecked chest view on the map is empty and all ten markers read as collected. Chests are only one part of the village’s full completion, which also includes its side quests, but clearing every Common, Valuable, and Mysterious container removes chests as a blocker toward the 100% goal.

If your counter is still short, the usual culprit is a skipped Common chest, since there are more of them and they are easy to overlook while moving through the village. Re-run the unchecked filter, compare it against the seven Common, two Valuable, and one Mysterious total, and open whatever remains.
