Outcome Memories v0.2: Everything New in the Anniversary Update

Every character rework, new map, mechanic, and performance change that shipped with the Roblox game's second major version.

Every character rework, new map, mechanic, and performance change that shipped with the Roblox game’s second major version.

Outcome Memories, the asymmetrical horror experience on Roblox where one player hunts a lobby of survivors, got its first real overhaul with v0.2. The anniversary version reworked half the roster, rebuilt the aiming system, cut a map for performance, and added new executioners, survivors, and mechanics on top. Here is what changed and how to tell you are running it.

Quick answer: You are on the anniversary build when the lobby board reads SERVER VERSION: V0.2; that version released on December 13th, 2025 at 10:45 PM UTC and added three survivors, three executioners, two new maps plus a Green Hill rework, 20 abilities, and 40 emotes.

Outcome Memories v0.2 content totals

The version shipped as “No way back” and kept growing through sub-updates well past launch day. Counting everything added under the v0.2 banner as of February 2nd, 2026, the totals look like this.

Content typeAdded in v0.2
Survivors3 (plus 2 more in private servers)
Executioners3 (plus 2 more in private servers)
Maps2 new, plus 1 rework
Abilities20
Cosmetics80
Emotes40

Silver and Blaze joined the survivor lineup, and Shadow was pulled out of rotation until his rework is finished. On the executioner side, Kolossos, Tripwire, and Fleetway Super Sonic now sit alongside 2011X, which remains the default pick everyone has access to.

Cosmetic drops kept landing after release, including a Christmas batch on December 24th, 2025 with Santa hats, Gawain armor for Knuckles, and winter outfits, followed by smaller sets in February and March 2026.

New maps and the Green Hill rework

Two brand new maps entered the standard rotation, Angel Island and Mystic Cave, and Green Hill was rebuilt rather than retired. Green Hill’s spawn points were pulled closer together, which shortens the walk to teammates at round start and changes how quickly an executioner can pressure the group.

Private servers received their own additions on top of that, including TD Hills, TD YCR, OM Backrooms, Egg Room, and Green Hill 5-1. The private server panel also gained more control over rounds, letting hosts raise or lower killer chances, toggle the character lock, and pick maps freely.

Executioner balance changes in v0.2

All four executioners were touched. The most structural change is Fleetway’s Burst, which now runs on a meter instead of a flat activation, so you have to manage the resource rather than press and forget.

ExecutionerWhat changed
2011XVisibility adjusted, which results in a shorter exit cooldown
KolossosClimbing system improved; can now climb out of water
TripwireTwo new variants, one with faster mine placement and higher laser damage, one with increased M1 damage
Fleetway Super SonicBurst reworked around a new meter; laser and flight behavior adjusted

Survivor reworks: Amy, Cream, Blaze, and Silver

Four survivors were rebalanced, and two of them play noticeably differently. Amy’s Moon Card received a major rework, while Cream’s healing output now scales with how many survivors she is healing at once, so mass-healing a downed team is no longer the same value as a single-target top-up.

SurvivorWhat changed
AmyMajor Moon Card rework
CreamHealing scales with the number of survivors being healed
BlazeKick damage increased; Sol Flame adjusted
SilverHP reduced to 100; flight and suspension abilities modified

Silver dropping to 100 HP is the one to plan around. He trades durability for mobility now, so his flight and suspension tools are the survival plan rather than a health pool.

New mechanics: water, bleed, and shocked

Three status and environment systems arrived with the version. Water, Bleed, and Shocked all behave as their own mechanics rather than one-off ability effects, which is why Kolossos being able to climb out of water matters more than it sounds.

Drowning was rewritten around a new oxygen system, so time spent submerged is now tracked instead of applying damage on a fixed timer. Falling into water is survivable if you get out before the meter empties.

Controls, settings, and aiming changes

A new M1 turn setting was added. With it enabled, your character automatically turns toward wherever the camera is pointing when you throw an M1 attack, so you no longer whiff swings because your model was still facing the old direction.

The aiming system itself was recoded for better ability accuracy, which affects every targeted move rather than one character. Alongside that, new voice lines were added for Knuckles, Amy, Blaze, and Silver, and the loading screens and shop icons were replaced.

Performance improvements and removed content

Frame rate work was a real part of this version. Green Hill and Angel Island both had their grass density cut by 50 percent, which is the single biggest win for lower-end phones and older PCs.

The Pizzeria map was removed outright to reduce the performance cost of the rotation. If you are still hunting for it in matchmaking, it is gone rather than disabled.

Note: a separate Fast Mode setting already exists and strips map details such as Hill grass. Turning it on stacks with the grass reduction if you are still dropping frames.

How to check you are on v0.2

Launch the experience from the official Roblox page. The listing itself is titled with the anniversary tag, which is the fastest confirmation before you even load in.
Once you spawn into the lobby, walk over to the boards along the wall. The version readout displays SERVER VERSION: V0.2, and the changelog board next to it lists what shipped.

Open Settings and look for the M1 turn toggle. If that option is present, your client is running the anniversary build rather than a cached older one. If it is missing, fully close Roblox and rejoin to force a fresh download.

Where the game stands after v0.2

Development on Outcome Memories was paused on January 12th, 2026 following a dispute involving lead developer 1sobbe and communication problems inside the team, and it was formally cancelled on January 26th. Part of the team continued working toward one final major update after that.

That context matters if you are planning around the roster. Shadow’s absence pending a rework and the executioners still listed as in development were tied to a roadmap that no longer runs on its original schedule, and no confirmed date for a further version has been announced.

For anyone returning after months away, the practical takeaway is that v0.2 changed how the game feels to play rather than just what is in it. The aiming rewrite and the M1 turn setting fix long-standing frustrations, the water and oxygen systems make map edges a real threat, and Silver’s 100 HP plus Cream’s scaling heals mean the old survivor pecking order no longer holds.
