Palworld 1.0: Every Wildlife Sanctuary Location and the Pals Inside

Coordinates, recommended levels, sphere tiers, and the full roster for all three sanctuary islands in Palworld 1.0.

Coordinates, recommended levels, sphere tiers, and the full roster for all three sanctuary islands in Palworld 1.0.

Wildlife Sanctuaries are small islands set apart from the Palpagos mainland, and they hold Pals you cannot catch anywhere else in Palworld. There are three of them, each sitting off the edge of the map, each guarded by patrolling drones and a powerful boss. To reach any of them you need a Pal that can fly or one that can swim without draining stamina.

Quick answer: Fly or swim to coordinates 56, -670 (No.1), -660, -115 (No.2), or 660, 633 (No.3). Bring Hyper Spheres for the first island, Ultra Spheres for the second, and Exotic Spheres for the third, and avoid the red drone searchlights while you hunt.

All three Wildlife Sanctuaries at once

The difficulty climbs sharply from the first island to the third. The table below lines up the location, the recommended player level, the sphere tier you need, and the boss guarding each sanctuary so you can plan a trip before you leave your base.

No.1 Wildlife Sanctuary (56, -670)

The first sanctuary sits close to the starting area of the mainland, which makes it the easiest to reach. Grizzbolt, the electric bear you may recognize from the first tower fight, acts as the island’s primary boss. Aim for level 30 or higher and pack Hyper Spheres or better, since the wild Pals here still hit harder than most mainland spawns.

Along with the boss, these Pals roam the outskirts of the island:

  • Vaelet
  • Elgrove
  • Eikthyrdeer Terra
  • Penking
  • Azurobe
  • Elphidran
  • Lunaris

No.2 Wildlife Sanctuary (-660, -115)

The second sanctuary lies north of the volcano biome. Astegon guards this island as the boss and comes with Level 7 mining, while the surrounding enemies range from level 35 to 50. You want to be at least level 40 before you land, and Ultra Spheres are the minimum tier for reliably catching what lives here.

The rest of the Pals found on this island are:

  • Majex
  • Incineram Noct
  • Sootseer
  • Pyrin Noct
  • Kitsun
  • Blazehowl Noct

No.3 Wildlife Sanctuary (660, 633)

The final sanctuary sits just west of the desert biome and is the toughest of the three. Its boss is Frostallion Noct at Level 65, the dark variant of the Legendary ice Pal Frostallion. Everything on this island falls between level 45 and 65, so you need Exotic Spheres or better and a party strong enough to survive a fight against endgame Pals.

The other Pals here are:

  • Fenglope
  • Menasting Terra
  • Knocklem
  • Bushi
  • Carnibora

How to reach the sanctuaries and avoid the drones

There is no land route to any sanctuary. Every island sits offshore, so you cross the water with a flying Pal that has a mounting Partner Skill or a swimming Pal that moves across water without burning stamina. Either mount will carry you over the ocean and drop you at the shore.

Each sanctuary is now patrolled by drone units, and every drone sweeps a red searchlight across a set radius. Step into that light and the drones turn aggressive, forcing you into a fight you did not plan for. Keep out of the beams while you search for and capture Pals, and the drones will leave you alone.

Note: Setting foot on sanctuary soil counts as trespassing, and catching a Pal in front of a witness adds a separate poaching charge. Both come with the same on-screen “Criminal Activity is Underway” warning, so treat every trip as a smash-and-grab rather than a slow farm.

Work through the islands in order. Clear No.1 for early rare catches, return to No.2 once you are past level 40, and save No.3 for when your team can trade blows with a Level 65 boss. With the right sphere tier and a mount that never runs out of stamina over water, each sanctuary becomes a quick raid instead of a graveyard run.
