Curse of the Allflame ships fifteen brand-new Unique items, and five of them are already public. They range from a shield that spawns a chomping barnacle to a helmet that eats your Abyss Jewels for a single amplified modifier. The rest stay hidden until the league goes live, but the confirmed five already point toward some unusual build directions.
Quick answer: Five of the fifteen new 3.29 Uniques are confirmed right now — Seablister, Stormblood, Spinesnatch, The Crustacean’s Call, and Subsume the Source. The remaining ten are revealed when Curse of the Allflame launches on July 24, 2026 at 20:00 UTC.
The five confirmed new Uniques
Each item sits on a different base type and targets a distinct build style. Note that the numbers shown here are the values from the reveal, and some of them may roll within a range rather than being fixed.
| Unique | Base type | Core hook |
|---|---|---|
| Seablister | Spiny Round Shield | Grants Level 20 Savage Barnacle, block and cold defense |
| Stormblood | Topaz Flask | Critical Strikes apply Lightning Ailments during effect |
| Spinesnatch | Fleshripper (Two Handed Axe) | Six Abyssal Sockets with per-jewel scaling |
| The Crustacean’s Call | Primordial Staff | Turns socketed spell totems into moving Crab Totems |
| Subsume the Source | Faithful Helmet | Consumes Abyssal Jewels to keep one amplified modifier |

Seablister (Spiny Round Shield)
Seablister is a defensive shield built around hybrid armour and evasion, with a barnacle mounted on the front that doubles as a skill. It requires Level 62, 85 Strength, and 85 Dexterity, and its base block sits at 27% with 555 Armour and 555 Evasion Rating. The granted Savage Barnacle skill drops onto the ground and bites nearby enemies for area damage, giving the shield extra utility on top of raw mitigation.
- 60% increased Block Recovery
- Grants Level 20 Savage Barnacle
- +99 to Armour, +99 to Evasion Rating
- 101% increased Armour and Evasion
- +3% to maximum Cold Resistance, +33% to Cold Resistance
Stormblood (Topaz Flask)
Stormblood is a utility flask aimed squarely at lightning crit builds. It requires Level 36, lasts 4 seconds, and consumes 20 of 50 charges per use. While active, every Critical Strike can inflict Lightning Ailments regardless of your damage type, and the flask feeds itself charges whenever you crit. The trade-off is a much shorter duration, so you need steady crit output to keep it running.
- +5% to maximum Lightning Resistance, +40% to Lightning Resistance
- 35% chance to gain a Flask Charge when you deal a Critical Strike
- All Damage from Critical Strikes can apply Lightning Ailments during effect
- 50% reduced Duration
Spinesnatch (Fleshripper Two Handed Axe)
Spinesnatch is the most customizable new weapon, carrying six Abyssal Sockets that each scale differently depending on the Abyss Jewel type you slot. It requires Level 70, 156 Strength, and 84 Dexterity, with a base of 97–152 Physical Damage, 7.50% Critical Strike Chance, and 1.20 Attacks per Second. Because its power is tied entirely to the jewels you socket, it supports both physical melee and minion play at once.
- 50% increased Critical Strike Chance
- Has 6 Abyssal Sockets
- 11% increased Attack Speed per socketed Searching Eye Jewel
- 31% increased Critical Strike Chance per socketed Hypnotic Eye Jewel
- 29% increased Physical Damage per socketed Murderous Eye Jewel
- Minions have 27% chance to Impale on Attack Hit per socketed Ghastly Eye Jewel

The Crustacean’s Call (Primordial Staff)
The Crustacean’s Call turns your spell totems into crabs that walk the battlefield. The socketed spell is supported by a Level 20 Crab Totem, and those totems move on their own, following you or crawling toward enemies while casting. It requires Level 70 for the gem, 99 Strength, 111 Dexterity, and 155 Intelligence, and blends heavy spell scaling with extra totem capacity.
- +25% chance to Block Spell Damage while wielding a Staff
- Socketed Spells are supported by Level 20 Crab Totem
- Totems have 100% increased Movement Speed
- 189% increased Spell Damage
- 72% increased Totem Duration
- +2 to maximum number of summoned Totems
Note: As a two-hander, it lacks the +1 to Skill Levels found on other caster weapons, so its single-target ceiling is lower than a staff-and-shield or dual-staff setup. Its main strength is smooth mapping, since the moving totems remove the need to recast constantly. For hard boss fights, a weapon swap to a dedicated staff is a practical fallback.
Subsume the Source (Faithful Helmet)
Subsume the Source feeds on Abyssal Jewels. When you socket a Rare Abyssal Jewel, the jewel is destroyed and one of its modifiers is retained on the helmet, then boosted by the item’s magnitude bonus. It requires Level 73, 101 Strength, and 101 Intelligence, and starts with 290 Armour and 58 Energy Shield. The reveal version showed 176% increased explicit modifier magnitudes, which stacks with the base 100% for a total effect near 276%.
- 176% increased Explicit Modifier Magnitudes
- Has 4 Abyssal Sockets
- Socketed Rare Abyssal Jewels will be consumed
- One modifier from consumed Jewels will be retained
- Cannot have non-Abyssal Sockets
The catch is permanent. Each jewel you feed it consumes a socket, so a fully used helmet ends up at zero sockets with up to four amplified modifiers. If all four retained modifiers were Life at a base of 40 each, the boosted total would land around 440 Life plus the helmet’s armour and energy shield. That makes it strong for single-attribute stacking builds, but the lost sockets mean it will not fit every setup.

The patch notes confirm fifteen new Uniques in total, so ten remain unrevealed. Grinding Gear Games has only shown the five above so far, and the rest go public when the league arrives. Curse of the Allflame launches on July 24, 2026 at 20:00 UTC, so the full lineup is only a few days out from that point. Separately, the Legion rework introduces Vestigial Unique Items, which are transformed versions of existing Uniques created with Enshrouding Crystals rather than fresh drops, so those are distinct from this batch of new items.
