Quick answer: All three petals of the Aberrant Three-faced Puppet Memory Flower are in the Mirage Estate, two near the Training Grounds and Covered Corridor bells and one behind a hidden passage in Leng Tu’s Study.
| Petal | Nearest bell and distance | Note |
|---|---|---|
| I. The Wandering Healer | Training Grounds, about 130 m | Covered upper gallery up a switchback stone stair |
| II. Frost and Chaos | Covered Corridor, about 115 m | Altar table in a curtained candle hall, up a short wooden stair |
| III. Three Souls as One | Leng Tu’s Study | Shrine room past the secret passage behind the scroll |
The Memory Flower of the Aberrant Three-faced Puppet in Phantom Blade Zero is split into three petals, and every one of them is inside the Mirage Estate. Two sit within walking distance of a bell. The third is tucked behind a hidden passage in a study.
Petal II rests on an altar in a candlelit hall with curtains, around 115 m from the Covered Corridor bell. For Petal III, enter the shrine room beyond the hidden passage in Leng Tu’s Study.
Petal I: The Wandering Healer
Start at the Training Grounds bell and follow the lane for about 130 m until you reach the passage beneath the carved brick walls. You’ll spot the flower roughly 5 m above you, but there’s no way to climb straight up to it from the passage.
Continue along the walkway for roughly 10 m, going beyond the spot beneath the flower, until you reach a stone stairway. Climb the first flight, turn back at the landing, then ascend the next flight in the reverse direction. This switchback takes you about 6 m up to a roofed gallery with a red floor. The route is free of attackers.
Proceed roughly 5 m farther through the gallery. Look for the flower beside a pillar painted red, the lattice balustrade, and a drum set on its stand. Press E to collect it.

The card that appears reads “MEMORY FLOWER OF THE ABERRANT THREE-FACED PUPPET” and “I. THE WANDERING HEALER”. In the memory, the Herald’s Voice speaks with Steel, the Senior Master, saying “I’m here to save your two junior sisters.” and pitching a treatment: “I’ve been working on a technique called “Three Souls as One.” It can treat Sha-Chi disorders from yin and yang imbalance… but…” Steel replies, “Sounds like it takes three masters working together.”

Starting at the Covered Corridor bell, travel about 115 m through the estate to reach a spacious hall draped with curtains and lit by candles. At one side, a small wooden stairway goes up to an elevated altar platform.

Climb the stair and you’ll see the flower glowing on the altar table among the candles and incense. Press E to pick it up. No enemies attack on the way in or on the way out.

The card reads “MEMORY FLOWER OF THE ABERRANT THREE FACED PUPPET” and “II. FROST AND CHAOS”. If this is your final petal, all three petal marks on the card light up and the set is complete.

The memory centers on Frost, the Second Master, who refuses her medicine with “N-no! I won’t drink it!” and “I hate medicine!” The Herald’s Voice explains, “Drink this Soulbinding Powder, then follow my instructions. With you leading the formation, the cold and fire will balance each other out.” Steel, the Senior Master, urges her, “Frost, drink this medicine. Once we run the formation, your illness will finally be cured.” The Herald then adds, “Master Steel, please ensure Master Chaos drinks this. Even in her sleep.”
Petal III: Three Souls as One
At Leng Tu’s Study, look behind the scroll for the concealed passage. Take the corridor lit by lanterns to a small shrine chamber, where the blue-glowing petal rests on a candle-lit altar before a statue. Press E to take it.

The card reads “MEMORY FLOWER OF THE ABERRANT THREE-FACED PUPPET” and “III. THREE SOULS AS ONE”. In the memory, Frost, the Second Master, cries out “Burns… It burns!” while the Herald of the Veil declares, “The three of you are now one… sealed within a single vessel.”

Reward for all three petals
Each petal counts toward a set of three, and finishing the set raises your maximum HP by 7%. You can collect them in any order you like.
To check your progress, look at the card that appears with each pickup. It shows how many of the three petals you have, and once all three marks are lit, the set is done and the HP bonus is yours.
