The Mystery Gifts menu stays locked until you clear the game’s tutorial and put together a battle team. Once that’s done, follow these steps.

Launch Pokemon Champions on your Nintendo Switch and reach the main menu.

Select the Submenu option at the bottom of the screen.

Choose Mystery Gifts from the list of options.

Type or paste one of the codes into the “Enter a code or Password below” field, then select Confirm to submit it.

Open the Mailbox from the bottom of the home screen.

Open the Special Campaign gift mail to view the reward attached to your code.

Select Claim, then hit OK to add the item or Pokemon to your account.

A successful redemption moves the reward straight into your Mailbox as a Special Campaign gift. If the code field shows an error instead of accepting your entry, double-check the spelling, since Mystery Gift codes are case-sensitive and each one can only be redeemed once per Nintendo account.
