Sealed Caches are the fastest route to rare weapons in Project Slayers 2, and the tier you open decides what can drop. Tier 3 caches only appear in the snow of Iceveil Valley, which is also the one region that will kill you outright if you walk in unprepared. The farm itself is simple once the cold problem is solved: ride a loop, kill the guards, open the box, repeat.
Quick answer: Take the Emberheart Lantern from the Yeti into Iceveil Valley, top up Cold Immunity at a campfire, then clear guarded Sealed Cache T3 spawns along the snow fields and cliffs.
Sealed Cache T3 drop rates
Open the Archives menu and pull up Sealed Cache T3 to see exactly what the tier rolls. The three notable entries are below.
| Item | Drop chance | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Scythe | 7% | Demons |
| Tanto | 5% | Slayers |
| Classic Straw Hat | 3% | Cosmetic |
The Tanto is the reason most players run this loop, and it is the pick if you are playing a Slayer. The Scythe is built around the Demon side, so a Slayer rolling one is mostly trade or storage material. Nothing here is guaranteed on a single open, which is why the route below matters more than any individual cache.

Add to Google Preferences →Why grass areas are the wrong farm
Caches spawn across the map, but the green, temperate zones only produce lower tiers. Tier 3 is tied to the snow region, so every minute spent looting caches in grass is a minute not spent rolling for the Tanto or the Scythe. Open the world map, look for the white section, and commit to Iceveil Valley.

Get the Emberheart Lantern before you farm
The snow applies constant cold damage, and the Legendary Emberheart Lantern is what lets you survive it. It drops from the Yeti, which lives in The White Terror Lair, located behind the waterfall bridge in Iceveil Valley. Pull up the map, mark the lair, and kill the Yeti until the lantern drops.
Once it is in your inventory, the lantern handles the ambient cold. Campfires handle the rest.
Stand at a campfire and let Cold Immunity build up to a comfortable duration before you start a fight. Getting caught mid-fight with the timer running out is how most runs end.

What guards the caches
Two things stand between you and a cache in the snow.
- Demon packs stationed directly around the cache, usually several at once.
- Cache Prowler mobs, which patrol the open snow fields near glowing spawns.
- The cold itself, which keeps ticking while you fight.
Clearing the guards takes long enough that a half-charged Cold Immunity timer will run out mid-fight. Refill at the campfire between every one or two caches rather than pushing your luck.
How to confirm the farm is working
You know the setup is correct when three things line up. The cache you open is labeled Sealed Cache T3 rather than a lower tier, your health is not draining from the cold while you fight, and the loot you pick up matches the Archives list for that tier. If caches are showing a lower tier, you are still in the wrong biome and need to push further into the snow.
Everything past that is volume. The Tanto sits at a 5% roll and the Scythe at 7%, so expect a stretch of empty opens before the weapon you want shows up. A tight loop between the campfire, the snow fields, and the cliffs beyond the bridge is what turns those percentages into an actual drop.
