Project Slayers 2: How to Get All V2 Gear

V2 gear in Project Slayers 2 is not bought with Wen. Every V2 katana, claw, gauntlet and armor piece is reforged from a base item at the dungeon forge, and the price is paid in dungeon points. That single detail trips up most players who grind Wen for hours and then find the recipe still greyed out.

Quick answer: Unlock the Forgotten Ruins dungeon at around Level 65, bank 90,000 dungeon points plus 500 Metal Scraps, Silk Thread and 10 Mythic Refinement Ore, then reforge the base item at the forge.

V2 gear requirements in Project Slayers 2

The base cost is identical across the recipe board. What changes from item to item is the weapon-specific dungeon material and the base item you have to be carrying.

The 90,000 figure is dungeon points, not Wen. Wen has no role in the V2 step at all.

You must be holding the base item to reforge it. A Butterfly Katana recipe will not complete without the Insect Katana in hand, and the Damascus Claws and Damascus Gauntlet follow the same rule.

Unlock the dungeon at Forgotten Ruins

None of the V2 recipes exist until you have access to the dungeon area. Expect to be around Level 65 before this is realistic.

Head to the Hidden Mist Village on the main map and find the blacksmith NPC there. Speak to him and ask about his other forge to pick up the quest that points you toward the dungeon.

Bring up your map and plot a route to the Forgotten Ruins near Rengoku. Once you reach Rengoku, stay on the road as it leads onward through the torii gates.

Run the long path to its end. Dashing across the stretch past Mistfall Harbor and over the bridge saves a lot of time, and the portal at the end teleports you into the dungeon hub.

How to farm 90,000 dungeon points

Points come from clearing waves inside the dungeon. Interact with the book in the hub to start a run, and stock up on potions first, because your point total scales with how deep you get before you die.

The pace is slow early on. A solo run that clears 10 waves and reaches Floor 11 lands at roughly 2,592 points. Reaching Floors 60 to 70 is the realistic target for a single 90,000-point haul, and performance during the run changes the final number.

Between floors you pick buff cards. Trophy and Greater Trophy are the ones worth prioritising when you are chasing a score rather than survival, since deeper floors are what pay out.

Points are a shared currency inside the dungeon area. Changer Zeni will trade them for items and Wen, and the Ouwiigahara Chest costs 30,000 points to open — spending there eats directly into your V2 budget.

Ten Mythic Refinement Ore is the hardest line on the recipe, and there are two ways to cover it.

Point exchange: 30,000 dungeon points per Ore. Ten Ore this way costs 300,000 points on top of the 90,000 the recipe needs.
Salvage: Complete Denzo’s quest to unlock the salvage feature, then break down Mythic-rarity gear into Ore.

Salvaging is far cheaper if you already have a pile of unwanted Mythic drops from earlier farming. Selling mythical gear for Ore and restocking Metal Scraps and Silk Thread can both be handled at the material vendor north of the hub, Ginzo, which saves chest-hunting for the bulk ingredients.

Craft the V2 item and confirm it worked

Carry the base item into the dungeon hub along with your materials. Without it in your inventory, the reforge will not go through no matter how many points you have.

Talk to Blacksmith Togane at the forge and open the V2 recipe list. Pick the entry that matches the base item you are carrying.

Confirm the craft. The points and materials are deducted, the base item is consumed, and the V2 weapon or armor piece appears in your inventory — that is your confirmation that the reforge completed.

Holding a finished V2 weapon also opens the door to the next tier. Return to the blacksmith on the main map and the matching V3 recipe becomes visible, asking for the V2 weapon itself, 1,000 Silk Thread, 1,000 Metal Scraps, a large cash payment and a weapon-specific schematic found out in the world. If that V3 entry is showing up at the blacksmith, your V2 craft registered correctly.
