How to unlock Ra Ana

Step 1: Earn or purchase Mythic Prisms. The Season 2 Premium Battle Pass grants up to 80 Mythic Prisms across its tiers, which is exactly enough to fully complete Ra Ana through Level 4. Prisms can also be bought directly from Blizzard's store in packs of 10, 30, 50, or 100.
Step 2: Open the Mythic Shop from the in-game shop and select Ra Ana. Spend 50 Mythic Prisms to unlock Level 1, which immediately equips the base skin and enables the Ability VFX Toggle in Ana's hero customization menu.

Earning the 80 Prisms from the Battle Pass
The Season 2 Premium Battle Pass distributes Mythic Prisms in 10-Prism chunks at tiers 8, 18, 28, 38, 48, 58, 68, and 78. Completing all eight of those premium tiers gives you the full 80 Prisms required for Ra Ana. The free track does not grant Mythic Prisms, so the Premium Battle Pass (or a direct Prism purchase) is required to reach Level 4 without paying per-Prism prices.
Battle Pass progress carries across the season, so even players starting late in the midcycle can still earn the full 80 Prisms before Season 2 ends, provided they own the Premium track and complete tier 78.
