Panino is a trinket merchant tucked into the Ossex Station area of Mina the Hollower, well off the main path. His stall acts as a fallback shop, selling later-game trinkets that you might have walked past in the field. Reaching him takes a specific traversal trick rather than a straight walk, which is why plenty of players miss him entirely.
How to reach Panino in Ossex Station Underside
The route to Panino sits behind a gap that you cannot cross on foot. You need the Drill Driver, one of Mina's sidearms, to make the jump and then trade Plasma Vials to open the way through.
Step 1: Equip the Drill Driver sidearm before heading into the Ossex Station area. Use it to leap across the gap and reach the rope hanging on the other side.
Step 2: Climb the rope to the upper path. Grab the shortcut along the way so you do not have to repeat the full approach on future visits.
Step 3: Deposit four Plasma Vials to unlock the path leading to Panino. Once the way opens, his stall is just ahead.
What Panino sells and how buying works
Panino does not hand items over instantly. After you pick something to buy, he needs time to fetch it. Go do something else for roughly 10 minutes, then come back. You will find the purchased trinket waiting in front of his stall.
His stock is time-gated, so items appear as you progress through the story. That makes him a safety net. If you missed a trinket in its original field location, check Panino's stall after you advance, because the missing piece tends to show up here.
