Two redemption methods are available: an in-game option for Android players and an official website that works on all platforms, including iOS.

In-game method (Android)

How to redeem Resident Evil: Survival Unit codes

Open Resident Evil: Survival Unit and progress through the game until you reach the Mansion. The Gift Code option is locked before you get there.

Tap your avatar icon in the top-left corner to open your profile.

Go to Settings and tap the Gift Code button.

Paste or type your code into the text field, then tap Register Coupon. A confirmation message tells you the code was accepted, and your rewards land in the in-game mailbox.

Website method (all platforms)

Inside the game, tap your profile picture and locate the Operative ID number shown in the upper-right of your profile panel. Note it down.

Head to the official Resident Evil: Survival Unit promo code page, enter your Operative ID, and tap Login. Confirm the account name that appears is yours before continuing.

Type or paste a code into the code field and tap Confirm. A success message appears on screen when the code goes through. Rewards are sent to your in-game mailbox — if you have the game open at the time, close and reopen it for the mailbox notification to show up.
