Reunion is a Forsaken Dominion main quest. It begins at the elevator inside Mordria Temple, where Eir waits, and it is a single boss fight against the Fallen Dragon on the summit platform of the Summit Ritual Grounds. Nothing else stands between you and the dragon once you board the lift.
Quick answer: Ride the elevator with Eir, then strike the Fallen Dragon’s unscaled flesh on its hind legs and the back between its wings. When it gathers blue light, hide behind the large rock on the arena floor until the blast passes. After a pawn calls “The heart is exposed!”, run to the dragon’s chest; a scene takes over.
What to bring before you ride the elevator
Reunion is offered once the heart has returned to the Fallen Dragon. Once you step onto the lift there is no way back, so settle every piece of preparation first.
- Healing items in bulk, since pawns are knocked down repeatedly.
- Wakestones, in case the Arisen falls; downed pawns are picked up with “Revive (Hold)”.
- A full party of three pawns; a mage who drops a healing circle is useful.
- Finished shopping, resting, and any vocation or gear changes.
A campsite sits at the top of the elevator, right before the boss.

Quest objective order
The quest tracker updates through four lines, in this exact order, as you travel from the lift to the boss:
- Ride the elevator and face the Fallen Dragon.
- You rode the elevator to face the battle with Eir.
- Travel to the Fallen Dragon’s location.
- Defeat the Fallen Dragon and save Rovall.
From the top of the elevator to the summit
You step off into a dark stone hall where your pawns call out the campsite. Leave by the broad stone stair lined with tall carved statues, which opens into the blizzard and triggers the “Summit Ritual Grounds” place banner. Keep climbing the snowy stairs to the paved summit.

Stepping onto the platform starts a scene in which the dragon wakes inside a cloud of dark smoke. Control returns with the line “Defeat the Fallen Dragon and save Rovall.” and the boss bar on screen. This is a different fight from the first Fallen Dragon encounter at the Mountain Stronghold during Rumbles in the North, which was cut short by a scene. Here you fight it to the finish.

Fallen Dragon stats and resistances
The health display is one long bar with 9 dots beneath it, 10 segments in all. A dot vanishes each time the bar empties and refills. No name is printed over the bar. These are the numbers that matter while you work it down.
| Stat | Value |
|---|---|
| Health | 500,000 |
| Health bar segments | 10 (one bar plus 9 dots) |
Slash and strike damage both land at 1.15 times. Fire, ice, lightning, and holy all count at 1.0, so no element is a weakness. The best body part takes 1.3 times damage.
Several debilitations simply will not stick, so do not waste time applying them:
- Blighted, Sleep, Caught Fire, Drenched, Tarred
- Frostbite, Unconscious, Petrification, Silence
The dragon can drop Rotten Scrag of Beast, Rotten Beast-Steak, and Aged Beast-Steak. A pawn with a stealing skill can lift a Rotten Scrag of Beast from it mid-fight.
Where to hit: the unscaled flesh
The Fallen Dragon’s weak points are the places where it has no scales, which show as raw red flesh and pustules on the hind legs and on the back between the wings. Your pawns call these out within the first minute.
One reliable approach for a Fighter with sword and shield opens on the neck and head while the dragon is low, then shifts to a hind leg once it throws you off. Stand behind a hind leg. The lower leg and foot are bare red flesh, not scales, and sword hits land there for long stretches while the dragon turns.

After that, jump onto the tail or hind leg with Grab and climb to the back. The flesh between the wings is unscaled. Cut it until the dragon shakes you off, then climb again. A pawn may offer to launch you up if you run to them. Stand in a mage’s healing circle while you work the leg, and revive downed pawns with “Revive (Hold)” as soon as the floor is clear.
The blue blast you must hide from
One attack has to be avoided outright. A pawn shouts to take cover as an attack that must be avoided at all costs is coming, and the dragon wraps itself in bright blue light. That is your cue.
Run to the large, snow-dusted rock outcrop on the arena floor and stand on the side away from the dragon. A white-blue flash goes off over the rock, then a blue cloud rolls across the whole platform and around both sides of the rock. Keep the rock between you and the dragon until it passes. Behind the rock, the health bar stays where it was.

When the cloud thins, the dragon is open. Run straight back in at its hind legs.
Its other attacks are easier to read. Up close it bites, swipes with its claws, stomps, and sweeps its tail. It sweeps fire breath along the floor that leaves burning lines on the paving, so stay off them. Blue homing orbs and ice rain down on the platform, and tall pillars of white-blue energy erupt under it to throw you off its back. Packs of ghouls also appear around its feet during the fight. Cut them down when they crowd the leg you are working on.
How the fight ends and how you know you won
The fight does not end on an empty bar. With the last segment still showing health, a pawn calls “The heart is exposed!” and the dragon slumps to the ground. Drop off its back and run straight at its chest. The screen fades and a scene takes over, and the dragon is resolved for good.

You wake in the Norgandian Inn. The quest line shows “Defeat the Fallen Dragon and save Rovall.” with the experience and spoils, and after the talk outside it changes to “You defeated the Fallen Dragon.” and then “Completed: Reunion” in the Norgandian Settlement. That final log line confirms the quest is done.
