Ride A Pet: How to Get the Horse From the Glass Egg

In Ride A Pet, the Horse is your first progression obstacle. It is unavailable from both the Shop and any menu, leaving repeated hatches of the correct egg as your sole way to bring it to your ranch. Rebirth 1 remains inaccessible until the Horse is in your inventory, regardless of your cash total.

Where Glass Eggs spawn in Ride A Pet

Glass Eggs appear in a narrow terrain belt, not across the entire map, so you can farm them efficiently. Circle the area bounded by your base and the rocky perimeter, sweeping it methodically instead of roaming. Check these spots on each circuit.

The river perimeter and the riverbank paths
The gap between your base and the outer rock line

Rock and grass can hide the translucent Glass Egg. On ledges, ease your pace and compare shapes with the skyline rather than judging by colour: regular wild eggs are solid white, while the Glass Egg is not.

How to farm and hatch Glass Eggs

Equip the quickest pet you currently have before setting out from your plot. Since finding the Horse takes a high volume of hatches, travel speed is the main constraint; a Kangaroo or Cheetah mount lets you bring back more eggs each minute.

Head to the stone tower, then search the surrounding cliffs and slopes. Pick out two or three landmarks along the tower-and-ledge circuit so you can ride the same route repeatedly from memory.

Lock onto an egg with Track; use Radar as a backup if you cannot tell which way to go. Examine each egg that spawns: the transparent Glass Egg is your target, not the solid white varieties.

Look at your Egg Basket before you pick anything up. When its capacity display shows that another egg cannot be added safely, end the search and return home instead of extending the circuit.

Bring the eggs to My Plot for hatching. Check every hatch, then set off on another circuit straight away; with odds of 1 in 500K, maintaining an unbroken loop is more useful than relying on one trip.

Confirming the Horse and clearing Rebirth 1

A successful hatch adds the Horse to your pet roster at your plot and completes its Index entry. You can ride it or leave it in your ranch; either choice satisfies the Rebirth check.

For Rebirth 1, you need a Horse in your ranch or inventory and $1M in cash at the same time. With both requirements met, select Rebirth on the screen’s left side and confirm. You gain +1x to your money multiplier, +1 pet slot, and access to alternate ranch skins.

Keep the Horse after Rebirth 1. Rebirthing also clears your cash and any Luck bought from the board inside your ranch. Each Rebirth stage requires a particular pet, so keeping a 1 in 500K pet in a slot avoids the much longer task of hatching another later.

Once Rebirth 1 is complete, keep gathering Glass Eggs: Fox, the pet required for Rebirth 2, hatches from them too. Continue the tower-and-cliff circuit as your multiplier rises, pursuing both pets along the same route.
