The Chicken NPC only lets you craft once all eight requirements sit in your inventory at the same moment. If the option does not trigger, the usual reason is a short count. The slowest pieces to fill are the Chicken Ball from the event and the boss drops, so check those first. Once the craft completes, Super Chicken appears as a usable spec in your loadout.
Is Super Chicken worth the grind?
Super Chicken plays as a chicken-themed spec with anime-style attacks, and its unlock leans on a lighter farm than some of the tougher specs in the game.
