Save the Krusty Krab is a SpongeBob-themed Roblox game from the group Krabby Krew. It went live on September 29th, 2026, and was last updated on October 9th. It plays like a restaurant sim with a survival game attached. You work daily shifts at the Krusty Krab, a run ends as soon as you collapse from exhaustion, and Bikini Bottom’s villains keep breaking in to make the job harder. A full session from the lobby to a Day 9 game over shows how quickly the simple burger-flipping loop gets crowded.
Quick answer: Save the Krusty Krab is a free Roblox co-op game. You serve customers across numbered days, unlock menu items each night, fight off villains, and the run ends when your energy hits zero.
The game runs on PC, mobile, tablet and console. Its badges cover solo play and crews of two, three and four players.
The Save the Krusty Krab shift loop
Every run starts in a plaza lobby. From there you check your character and your task list, which is split into The Basics, Work Streak and Rising Stars. Then you step onto a queue pad. A short intro cutscene shows villains gathering outside the restaurant, and you spawn inside on Day 1 with Mr. Krabs walking you through the job. Yellow arrows on the floor point to each station during the tutorial.
Orders begin at the cash register, which sits inside a boat. Customers show what they want in thought bubbles above their heads. After you take an order, the patty goes on the grill, and a progress bar fills while it cooks.

The cooked patty then moves to the prep station, where you build the order on a tray. You carry that tray to the customer’s table. Every completed order adds to the day’s cash total.

Serving the food is only half the job. Once customers finish eating, you have to bus their dirty trays so new customers can sit down. Trash also piles up on the dining room floor and has to be carried to a bin.

At the end of each day, a Shift Report shows how many customers you served, the reviews they left and what you earned. Night chores come next. You mop up spills, wipe down tables and workstations, and punch the shift clock to start the next day.

Add to Google Preferences →Menu items and ingredients unlocked by day
Each night ends with a splash screen labeled either “NEW MENU ITEM!” or “NEW INGREDIENT!”. Each unlock adds another station or topping that every order after it may include. In the sessions shown, the order is the same every time.
| Unlocked after | Unlock | Type |
|---|---|---|
| Day 1 | Soda | Menu item |
| Day 2 | Cheese | Ingredient |
| Day 3 | Lettuce | Ingredient |
| Day 5 | Coral Bits | Menu item (fried side) |
| Day 6 | Pickles | Ingredient |
| Day 7 | Tomato | Ingredient |
| Day 8 | Onion | Ingredient |
| Day 10 | Milk Shake | Menu item |
No unlock screen appears after Day 4. Soda adds a soda machine you have to keep pouring from, so combo orders become normal from Day 2 onward.

Cheese arrives on Day 3, and it is also the first day you serve a VIP customer. That means juggling cheeseburgers and drinks at the prep station at the same time. By Day 8, orders stack several toppings and sides on a single tray.

Villains and special events in Save the Krusty Krab
Most days bring an interruption, and each one has its own answer. The HUD shows a villain alert and a distance radar so you can see where the trouble is.
| Day | Threat | Counter |
|---|---|---|
| Day 2 | Plankton | Catch him and boot him out |
| Day 4 | Dirty Bubble | Scrub him with a mop |
| Day 5 | Anchovy rush | Clear the register line fast |
| Day 6 | Man Ray | Fire extinguisher or Orb of Confusion |
| Day 7 | Health Inspector | Serve him a Nasty Patty |
| Nights | Hash-Slinging Slasher | Avoid him at the dumpster |
| Day 9 | Tattletale Strangler | Get a police officer to arrest him |
Plankton gets into the office and steals the secret formula. Kicking him back to the Chum Bucket pays a $5 bonus. Dirty Bubble drifts into the dining room, and you have to mop him repeatedly until he pops. Man Ray zaps kitchen equipment and wrecks tables, so stations need repairs after he has been driven off.
Some days have no villain at all, just a new problem. Day 5 opens with Mr. Krabs smelling anchovies, and then a busload of them crowds the counter with priority order timers. The same night, he introduces the Orb of Confusion, which is kept in the storage room and confuses villains. Day 7’s Health Inspector hands out a failing report. Mr. Krabs’s response is to have the crew dip a Krabby Patty in the outdoor dumpster and serve it to him. Day 9 brings the Tattletale Strangler, who slows down anyone he follows, and a grease fire in the kitchen that needs a fire extinguisher right away. Day 10 opens with a Krabby Kronicle newspaper and a dining room packed with customers.
Night Shop upgrades and the slasher outside
The Night Shop opens on Day 3. It is a food truck parked outside the restaurant, and Mr. Krabs hands the crew money for a Grill Capacity upgrade to get you started. From then on, your nightly earnings go into two kinds of purchases.
- Team upgrades: Grill Capacity, Soda Capacity, Fryer Speed, Order Prep
- Personal perks: Mopping Speed, which has multiple tiers such as Mopping Speed II
- Consumables: Kelp Shakes, Canned Bread and energy drinks
Taking the trash out at night is the most dangerous chore in the game. A shadowy slasher stalks the dark area around the dumpsters, so every bag you carry out is a risk. An alert warns you when he is close.

Energy and the Passed Out screen
Your energy bar is what actually limits a run. Sprinting and doing chores both drain it. Kelp Shakes and candy bars refill it, and the Kelp Shake Machine has a cooldown between uses. If energy drops to 0%, your character collapses.
That is how the Day 9 session ends. With the Strangler slowing the crew and the grease fire spreading, the player’s energy runs out completely. The screen then reads “PASSED OUT” with the subtitle “Ran out of energy” and two buttons, “Return to Lobby” and “Revive”.
Save the Krusty Krab characters, costs and perks
You start as Fred, a green fish with the Trainee class. Every other character costs Doubloons and comes with a class perk. Most also include a bonus item.
| Character / class | Cost | Perk | Bonus item |
|---|---|---|---|
| Fred / Trainee | Starter | None listed | None |
| Squidward / Cashier | 60 | +2 dollars per order taken | None |
| Jim / Cook | 150 | Patties cook 25% faster | Kelp Shake (3 uses) |
| Sandy / Line Cook | 300 | 2 extra tray slots | Xtreme Soda (3 uses) |
| Pearl / Host | 550 | Sodas pour 25% faster | Fire Extinguisher |
| Patrick / Janitor | 850 | Mopping 25% faster | Orb of Confusion |
| Gary / Server | 1000 | Kelp Shake Machine cooldown −25% | Magic Conch |
| Larry / Security | 1300 | 1 extra inventory space | Water Gun (10 uses) |
| Mr. Krabs / Manager | 1700 | 1 extra table, +10% crew cash | None |
| SpongeBob / Cook | 2500 | Cooks 2 patties, auto-flips | None |
Gary’s Magic Conch can revive a crewmate who has fallen, which makes him the only character in the lineup built to counter the Passed Out screen. Mr. Krabs’s cash bonus is paid to the whole crew at the end of each day, not just to him. Characters can also be leveled up, and badges such as Promotion and Promotion II mark Level 2 and Level 3. Class skins are unlockable as well.
Ratings and badges in Save the Krusty Krab
The game has 33 badges, and most of them track how long you last. There is one for reaching each day from Day 2 through Day 15, then milestones at Day 20, 30, 50, 75 and 100. Restaurant ratings run from 2 stars up to a 5-star “LEGENDARY” rating. One Day 7 report in the footage awards the 3-star badge. In practice, few players have gotten past the first week. Reach Day 7 is where badge completion falls off sharply, and the Day 9 grease fire shows why.
