The Bou’s Revenge update in SCP Morph adds eight transformations, and almost all of them are tied to a specific object sitting in a specific room. Six are free if you know where to walk. One hides on a rooftop in a teleport zone most players skip. The last one is a straight Robux purchase.
Quick answer: Grab Evil Pou from the trophy at spawn and Pou Spider from the spider drawing inside the spawn house, finish the five-step Pou care checklist, escape Granny’s House with all five colored keys, touch the smiley-face wall in Infected City for Evil Cat, take the trophy in the Mega Pizzaplex for Monty, and climb the yellow house roof in Doctor Nowhere for Lost Children. Ghost Face is shop-only at 25 Robux.

All 8 Bou’s Revenge morphs and how to unlock each one
| Morph | Unlock method |
|---|---|
| Evil Pou | Gold cup trophy on the grassy hill at spawn |
| Pou Spider | Spider drawing on the wall inside the spawn house |
| Pou | Finish the five-step “Take care of Pou” checklist |
| Evil Cat | Yellow smiley face graffiti in Infected City |
| Granny | Collect five colored keys and open Granny’s front door |
| Monty | Trophy in the Mega Pizzaplex, after the daycare cutscene |
| Lost Children | Roof of the yellow house in Doctor Nowhere, or 60 Robux |
| Ghost Face | Shop purchase, 25 Robux |
The Teleport menu handles all the travel. Infected City, FNAF Pizzeria, and Doctor Nowhere are the three destinations you need, and everything else happens in and around the spawn house.
Evil Pou and Pou Spider: The two spawn-area pickups
Evil Pou is the fastest unlock in the update. From the moment you load in, look for the gold cup trophy resting on the grassy hill platform near the spawn point and walk into it.
Pou Spider is a few steps away. Head inside the spawn house and check the walls for a drawing of a spider with red eyes. Interacting with the drawing hands over the morph. No timer, no combat, no items needed for either one.
Pou morph: Complete the 5-step care checklist
The standard Pou morph is a small chore sequence inside the spawn house. A “To do: Take care of Pou” list appears on screen and tracks five tasks. Finish all five and a monster transformation sequence plays before the morph is added.
Granny morph: Find all five colored keys
Granny’s House works like a small escape room. Five keys are scattered across the building, and the front door only opens once you have every one of them. The Granny morph is the reward for getting out.
| Key | Location |
|---|---|
| BlueKey | On the kitchen table |
| GreenKey | On the living room sofa |
| WhiteKey | Inside the bathroom tub |
| RedKey | On the floor of the upstairs bedroom |
| PurpleKey | On a shelf in the basement |
Work top to bottom. The upstairs bedroom and the basement are the two rooms that cost the most time, so clearing the kitchen, living room, and bathroom first means you only make one trip each way.
Evil Cat morph location in Infected City
Open the Teleport menu and pick Infected City. The Evil Cat morph is painted onto a building rather than sitting in a trophy, which is why it gets missed. Look along the grey exterior walls for the yellow smiley face graffiti and interact with it.

Monty morph at the FNAF Pizzeria
Teleport to FNAF Pizzeria and head straight for the daycare. Entering it triggers a van crash cutscene, which is your confirmation that you are in the right building.
From there, move into the Mega Pizzaplex play area and look for the gold cup trophy. Touching it unlocks Monty. The daycare also runs a Sun and Moon generator minigame with five generators to collect, but that side activity is separate from the morph and is not required to claim it.
Lost Children morph location in Doctor Nowhere
Lost Children is the one free unlock that genuinely hides. It is not in Infected City, and searching the ship there is a dead end. Teleport to the Doctor Nowhere area instead, find the yellow house, and climb onto its roof. The morph sits up there.
Note: the Hints menu lists an entry for Lost Children, but the wording points you toward the general area rather than the exact rooftop, so plan on doing the climb yourself.
Ghost Face and Lost Children Robux prices in the shop
Ghost Face has no map location. It is sold in the in-game shop for 25 Robux, discounted to 23 Robux for Roblox Premium members. That is the only way to add it to your collection.

Lost Children is also listed in the shop at 60 Robux, dropping to 54 Robux with Premium. Paying is purely a shortcut here, since the rooftop in Doctor Nowhere gives you the same morph for nothing. Buy it only if you have already given up on the climb.
How to confirm a morph unlocked
Every successful pickup does two things. The morph appears as a selectable entry in the Morphs menu, and your collection counter climbs by one against the game’s total of 165 collectibles. If the counter has not moved after you touched a trophy or wall drawing, you did not actually claim it.
Once a morph is equipped, each one carries its own idle stance, movement, and attack animation, so it is easy to check you grabbed the right transformation and not a duplicate.

If you want the fastest clean run, do the spawn house first and leave the travel for later. Evil Pou, Pou Spider, and the Pou checklist all sit within a few metres of each other, Granny’s House is the only real puzzle, and the remaining unlocks are three teleports and three pickups. That leaves Ghost Face as the single morph you cannot earn by walking.
