The Trypophobia update in SCP Morph floods the island with a giant wave and hides a set of new monster morphs across the beach and Infected City. One morph requires a short escape run and a boss fight. The rest are golden trophies you walk up to and grab. None of them cost Robux, and you can collect all of them in a single session if you know where to look.

Quick answer: Beat the Living Tsunami boss after the beach escape run, then touch six golden trophies: three on the beach, two in Infected City, and one on the House Head roof.

Every unlock ends the same way. A banner reading “CONGRATULATIONS! YOU’VE GOT” followed by the morph’s name pops up, and the morph becomes selectable from the Morphs menu. If you don’t see that banner, the trophy didn’t register.

How to get the Living Tsunami morph (escape run and boss fight)

Living Tsunami is the only morph in the update that requires actual combat. The event starts at the beach and takes a couple of minutes from start to finish.

Head down to the beach, where a group of noob NPCs are panicking about the Trypophobia Tsunami. A cutscene plays as the wave crashes over the whole island, and you get dropped into an enclosed water corridor.
Sprint down the corridor toward the “ESCAPE!” sign. Arrows painted on the walls point the way, and you’ll need to keep moving to stay ahead of the monsters and the wave chasing you.

At the end of the run, find the red pillar button and press E (or click it) to escape. The game then tells you to “Kill the Tsunami Trypophobia to fix SCP MORPH and get morph.”

Fight the Living Tsunami boss in the arena. It has 300 HP, and ranged weapons such as guns or a flamethrower bring it down without forcing you to get close.

Once its health reaches zero, a cutscene shows builders repairing the SCP facility and Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza. When it finishes, the “CONGRATULATIONS! YOU’VE GOT Living Tsunami” banner confirms the unlock.

Beach trophy locations: Anguish, Sea Life Whale, and Sea Eater Trypophobia

Three of the trophies are on or around the beach, so it makes sense to grab them right after the tsunami fight. They all work the same way. Walk up to the golden trophy and interact with it when the E prompt appears.

Anguish

Look for a red, fleshy cave shaped like a giant mouth lined with teeth. The Anguish trophy sits at the entrance of that cave on the sand. A “HE WILL EAT YOU” warning sits nearby, which is a good sign you’re in the right place.

Sea Life Whale

The Sea Life Whale trophy rests directly on the sand near the water’s edge, close to the wooden pier. It isn’t hidden at all, so a quick walk along the shoreline will turn it up.

Sea Eater Trypophobia

Its in-game hint reads “Next to the Hand Sea Monster cave.” Jump into the water and swim toward the rock cliffs past the Human Head Sea Monster. Tucked beneath a cliff, you’ll find a small brown wooden rowboat with the trophy inside. Interact with it to unlock Sea Eater Trypophobia.

Entity Of Influence location: House Head roof

The hint for this one is “On the roof house head.” Run up the grassy hill past the Siren Head area until you reach House Head, a brown wooden cabin standing on spindly, spider-like legs. The front of the building won’t get you up there. Instead, climb the hill terrain next to it and jump across onto the sloped roof.

The trophy sits at the peak of the roof. Grab it, and the Entity Of Influence banner appears.

Infected City morphs: Living Explosion and Living Hand

The last two trophies are in Infected City. Open the Teleport menu and warp there instead of trying to travel on foot. If you get lost, the Hints menu lists a clue for each morph. Living Hand’s clue, for example, reads “Behind the door next to the steakhouse.”

Living Explosion

Walk the main street until you spot a Roblox Police Department squad car engulfed in flames. The trophy is sitting on top of it. Jump onto the burning car to collect it and unlock Living Explosion.

Living Hand

Find the Steakhouse building. To the right of its entrance there’s a dark gap in the brick facade, an archway marked with question marks. Go through it and follow the narrow passage behind the wall into a dim brick alley. The Living Hand trophy is hidden at the end of that passage.

Once you hit the Living Hand banner, you have every trophy and boss morph from the Trypophobia update. Open the Morphs menu to confirm they’re all there. Each one should be selectable, and equipping it swaps your avatar for that morph along with its own movement and attack animations.
